Maya and I made it back to England safely after all of the chaos that had happened days prior. I missed having my own apartment. Don't get me wrong, sharing a hotel room with Maya is fine and all.. but she does snore very loud.

I tried to stay off social media since everybody was crazy with their accusations. A part of me is saying to not post for some time and the other part is telling me not to let this hinder my relationship with my followers.

It's like I can't win no matter what I choose to do. Because if I plead the 5th I'm going to look even more guilty than I already do. But if I start posting again people are going to run to my comments and it'll only draw MORE attention to myself.

If things couldn't get worse. I have to go to that stupid Thanksgiving dinner this weekend. Maya is probably the only person keeping me sane right now. I'm not sure what I would do without her. With the best timing, as usual, I received a text from her.

Ellie
I'm gonna call him

Before I could even exit the messages app, my manager called me. He better have a good explanation as to why he's going behind my back talk to Jude's MANAGER, Of all people.

"Hello?" I answered. "Hey, I just got off the phone with Jude Bellingham's manager." Ian sounded suspiciously happy. "And?" I sighed. "He said that Bellingham's publicity is turning bad. He's being seen with several women each week. The fans aren't having it. Even his teammates are saying he's a player." I could FEEL his grin on the other side of the phone.

"How is that my problem?" I got a pit in my stomach, knowing whatever they discussed must've been bad. "That's where his manager comes in. Since there are rumors of you being his girlfriend, your following and views grew significantly. So what if... we could make that permanent for a little while?"

My eyes widened. "What's that supposed to mean?" I furrowed my brows in confusion. "His manager has proposed that you and Jude fake date for 6 months to clear his name, and raise your popularity." Ian sounded ecstatic.

"I don't care about the popularity." I started to get angry. "You owe me and I know you're going to need the money once you pay me my compensation. So take the offer and get a flight back to Spain." He hung up abruptly. My jaw dropped. "This fucking bastard." I dropped my phone on the couch.

I began pacing around my living room. "I do owe him. More than I can make. It's just 6 months..." My mind kept racing with these what if's. I need to hear a second opinion on this. I called Maya and told her to come over.

15 minutes later

"You need to differentiate the cons vs the pros." She grabbed a white board. I was sat on the couch, waiting for her ridiculous reasonings. "On the pro side, he's hot, lots of money, nice family, nice BODY." She kept adding on. "Calm yourself..." I looked at her with disgust.

"Okay, okay. Cons, you're with a player. His fans, specifically the girls, will hate your guts. You'll have the most media being put on you than ever before in your career, watching your every move." She wrote everything down. "Mhm." I sighed.

"I think you should do it. You need the money." She drew a circle in the middle of the two and put 'MONEY'. "True.. but I feel like this is going to be humiliating." I covered my face with my hands.

"It could be. But just imagine how sexy he would look in a suit, candlelit dinner-" She winked at me. "Maya.. you are unbelievable." I shook my head. "I'm just saying all the things you're too afraid to." She put her hand on her hip.

"Fuck, okay. But if I go, you need to go with me." I got on my phone to book a flight. "No. You need to do this by yourself. As much as I would love to go, I have my life here and I can't leave it for 6 whole months." She shrugged. "I'll try to visit and call you every night. That is if you aren't busy with a special someone." She teased. "Oh my- shut up!" I threw a pillow at her.

Maya left to get back to work and I was alone with my thoughts again. I already booked the flight tickets to leave for tomorrow in the morning. I'm going to regret this, aren't I?
