The sound of wings flapping against the soft breeze filled the area.

An angel with natural long snowy white hair cascading down her back with piercing ocean blue eyes slowly made her way towards the ground. Her landing was soft. Folding her white feathery wings back, she made her way towards a kneeling figure on the ground.

Once reaching the kneeling blonde angel, she quietly observed what he could be doing.

Her gaze was suddenly drawn to the small being softly chirping from the ground.

A snowy white dove was sitting before the male angel, ruffling its feathers in an attempt to make its appearance look larger. From the looks of it, it was terrified of the boy before it who was kneeling down to its height.

"Shh, it's alright. Stay still and I'll get your wing fixed up," the blonde angel reassured it in a soothing tone.

Estella watched curiously as the blonde held out his hand, hovering above the injured wing, a soft golden light emitting from his palm.

The light glowed for a few seconds, the small dove having stopped emitting noises stared at the blonde boy in an intrigued manner before the soft glow dissolved into thin air.

For a moment, nothing happened. Everyone was silent as Estella watched the scene unfold intensely.

Finally, slowly but surely, the white dove lifted itself up from the ground, raising its now uninjured wing and inspecting it closely. It flapped the healed-up wing to test it and upon realizing it was back to normal, the dove gave a happy coo, snuggling its head into the blonde's knee before flying away.

The anonymous blonde stood up, dusting off his white robe and looking longingly in the direction of where the bird went.

"You've got quite a heart of gold," Estella finally spoke up, causing the blonde to quickly turn around to face her in surprise.

The unknown angel was now revealed to be none other than Lucifer himself. A troublemaker, as some may say. Many of the Elders saw him to only bring trouble to Heaven's gates and it didn't quite help for the fact that he had also had rather dangerous dreams. Dreams and passions that were disapproved by the Elders.

But when looking at the said angel now, Estella couldn't help but feel as if they had exaggerated about it. For all she saw was a pitiful and innocent blonde boy with only good intentions— all proved by the simple act of kindness he had just displayed by helping a helpless bird in need.

A small part of her laughed at how vulnerable he seemed.

His act of selflessness proved how emotions drove people to go out of their way and to bring difficulty into their lives.

In summary, what he did proved him to be weak.

Something she despised. For power was everything to her.

"Oh, it's just you," he said, bringing her back to the present. His once-widened eyes softening upon seeing her.

However, the comment he had just said caused her blood to boil. Although she kept her emotions hidden quite well behind her facade, she was seething on the inside. Just you? Just her? She was God's favorite, one of the highest-ranking angels and one of the most powerful beings to have ever breathed. And he spoke to her like she was nothing but another ordinary being.

After a short time of regaining herself, she gave him a soft smile, taking a step forward towards him before stopping by his side, her form slightly towering over him.

They stood in silence, Estella watching as the sun dipped beneath the ground with Lucifer.

After a long moment of quietness, Lucifer spoke up. "What brings you here?" He questioned, turning his head slightly to the side to watch her side profile.
