Jungwon goes to the balcony, his eyes look up at the dark sky, it feels like it's midnight when it's just morning.
"Jungwon, it's today, get ready we need to leave. The moon will rise anytime soon." Sunoo says as he puts some weapons into a bag.
"Will the world end?" Jungwon asks shutting the balcony door close.
Sunoo looks at the younger for a second.
"No" Sunoo says and glances at the small glass window at in the apartment. "Look outside, the blood moon has risen."
First time in the history of the humans, The moon has risen in the morning, no sign of the sun.
"why is this happening?"Jungwon asks a little louder for Sunoo to hear.
"The elders said it was a curse." Sunoo answers with a sigh.
"what is this curse about?"
"damn it, why are you so curious won?"
"Just wanna know."
"The elders said that the vampire God felt betrayed as one of the seven princes isn't a vampire and cursed the human who birthed the prince, that their kind will suffer the wrath of the blood moon." Sunoo said whatever he heard from the older vampires.
"but I was a human. . . ." Jungwon mumbles.
Sunoo walks up to Jungwon and smiles softly."it's not you wonnie, don't worry, the seventh prince wasn't a human at birth."
"huh?" Jungwon voices out confused."then why did the vampire God curse the humans?"
"They pretended to be vampires and stayed under the kingdom for twenty years." Sunoo says.
"do you know who the seven princes are?" Jungwon asks.
Sunoo shooks his head as a no. "Hee hyung does, but he always kept it a secret."
"Oh" Jungwon nods and picks up the bag Sunoo has put the weapons in.
"are you nervous won?"
"a little too much." Jungwon chuckles.
Sunoo lets out a smile that dosen't quite reach his eyes."we have to. . . .we have to do this."
