ch 10 Mad Mod

Robin gasped as he woke up and found himself bound to a chair. He struggled to break free and saw that the other Titans were trapped in similar chairs. The Titans struggled in their chairs.

"What's going on? Where are we?" Penn asked.

"Why, you're right where you belong, my duckies. You're in school" Mad Mod said sliding down a staircase.

"That's right, lads and lovies. You're the only students at Mad Mod's institute for bratty teenage do-gooders. And it's high time someone taught you sprogs a lesson" Mad Mod said as his cane glowed with energy.

"Titans, move!" Robin said.

The Titans struggled to break free from their chairs.

"My starbolts are useless" Starfire said.

Mad Mod approached her.

"Specially designed chairs, love. Can't have those nasty super powers disrupting my lecture, now can I?"

"Get away from her!" Robin said.

Mad Mod glared at Robin and swung his cane close to his face. The cane surged with energy.

"Now don't get your knickers in a twist my little snot" Mad Mod said before backing off.

"I didn't go to all the trouble of building this school and filling your tower with knock out gas just to finish you off lickety-split"

"Then what do you want?" Penn asked with a glare.

"Just what I said, dearie, to teach you lot a lesson. Yes, I've been watching you children misbehave, and I hate misbehaving children" Mad Mod said before pointing to pictures of the Titans heroics.

"Fighting crime. Saving lives. Interfering with the plans of hard-working villains. Why, you lot are nothing but a bunch of troublemakers, but you'll learn your place soon enough. You see, I'm older than you, so I'm bigger, badder and better"

Bendy scoffed.

"Yeah, ri- OW!" Bendy said as Mad Mod hit him with his cane.

"You're in my world now, and you won't be getting out till you've learned some proper respect" Mad Mod said.

"We will get out, and when we do-" Robin said before a bell rang.

"Oh, dear. There's the bell, my duckies. Off to class" Mad Mod said.

The Titans screamed as the floor opened up underneath them. Robin landed with a grunt in a classroom. Lines drew on a chalkboard in the shape of Mad Mod.

"Now how can I teach you anything if you won't sit still and listen?"

The chair held Robin's head still, forcing him to look at the board.

"One of my hypno-screens ought to get your attention and it'll erase everything in your brain as well" Mad Mod said.

Mad Mod laughed evilly as the chalkboard turned into a hypno-screen.

"Can't let him hypnotize me. Got to stay focused" Robin said as he struggled to look away.

Soon all the walls turned into hypno-screens. Robin knocked the chair on it's side, breaking the arm and revealing the cuff. Robin used his glove lock-pick to unlock the cuff. Robin ripped off part of the chair and threw it at the hypno-screen breaking it. Robin broke free of the chair.

"Naughty snotty. If you're gonna destroy school property, school property's gonna destroy you" Mad Mod said.

"Whoa" Robin said as a missile tore through the screen.
