A/N: Short Chapter

It was another day at Titans Tower and the Titans were enjoying a rare moment of peace. Penn was in her room painting a picture of the view from her window. She hummed a song as she painted until she realized she was out of a color she needed.

"Aw, man. I'm out of blue"

Penn looked around at all of her art projects.

"Actually, I'm out of a lot of stuff"

Penn put away her paints and exited her room. She entered the living room where she saw Cyborg, Beastboy and Bendy playing videogames.

"Hey, guys. Whatcha' doing?" Penn asked.

"Videogame tournament" Beastboy said.

"Oh, well I was heading to town incase anyone wanted to join me" Penn said.

"Sorry, Penn, but I'm determined to wipe the floor with these two!" Bendy said not looking away from the screen.

"You wish!" Beastboy said.

"I'm gonna make you eat those words!" Cyborg said.

Penn shrugged her shoulders and headed out.

Later on, at Jump City's art district, Penn exited a store with a bag.

"Thanks again, Marilyn" Penn told the owner.

"Anything for my best customer. Y'all have a good day now" Marilyn said.

Penn then left the store and walked down the street, enjoying the various art and performences. She stopped when she heard the sound of a violin playing. She looked across the street to see a boy around her age playing the violin for a small crowd. There was something familiar about him so she crossed the street for a closer look. The boy finished his performance and bowed as the crowd clapped. The crowd tossed money in the boy's case before leaving. The boy bent down to collect his earnings.

"I have to say, your really good at music" Penn complimented.

"Well thank you, miss. That's very much appriciated-"

The boy turned around and recognition crossed his face. He smiled at Penn.

"Oh, it's you! Never thought I'd run into you again" The boy said.

Penn was still confused.

"I'm sorry. You look so familiar, have we met before?" Penn asked.

The boy rubbed the back of his head with a sheepish smile.

"I'm not surprised you don't remember me. You were at my prom a while back and I asked you to dance"

Penn's eyes widened in realization.

"That's right! It's Justin, right?" Penn asked.

"That's right. And you're Penn, from the Teen Titans" Justin said.

Penn nodded with a smile.

"So, what brings you to the art district?" Justin asked.

Penn nodded her head towards the bag she held.

"Just stocking up on some art supplies. What about you? Do you play here often?"

"Yeah, every weekend. Helps get my music out there, and the extra cash doesn't hurt" Justin said causing the two to laugh.

"Well, I guess I'd better come back on weekends to hear some more. You're very talented" Penn said.

"Coming from an artist like you, that's not just a compliment, it's an honor" Justin said.
