Mark's phone went crazy the days he went absent.

Luckily, he had responded to it otherwise his parent would be sending an army down just to find him.

Donghyuck successfully informed his parent regarding the 'new' marriage proposal made by Mark, and they were happier than before.

While Mark still hasn't said anything despite making the bet to the tanned male at the beach.

Mark had few failed attempts to reach Renjun, the chinese latter hides himself away, afraid on how things would escalate if he met Mark.

Donghyuck was being the pretty dove he was, he's in charge exchanging their info and messages like he was in school, help on taking care of two lovebirds.

Taeyong had offered Renjun to join their team but need to ensure his contract with the company terminated so he could be free.

That was the plan all along, Renjun needs to cease his employment and walk out with ease.

But it wasn't easy for Mark currently; the entire office was talking about him. He could hear the incoherent chatters among them and how mostly involved his supposed marriage to Giselle.

And he needs to find a way to make his father forcefully end the contract employment for Renjun, but he knows one thing about the old man.

He won't give up without a fight.

"Come in..." Mark was inside his office, getting interrupted by the knocks he heard.

Jeno came in with a smile, Mark instantly flips his file close and put it aside.

"I heard you're having a hard time..." He sat in front of him.

"If my dad sent you here to talk to me, I'm pretty busy."

Mark fakes a yawn, glancing over his wristwatch.

"They're planning on the wedding anyway..." Jeno said lazily, looking at Mark's boredom.

"I'm pretty sure they'll cancel it if I didn't show up."

"Mark, what's your plan for this?" Jeno asked curiously.

Mark has been physically away from the office and putting a wall gap between his parents.

Let alone Giselle, whom he'd been avoiding ever since.

"You'll be so shocked if I tell you this..." He continued as Jeno was eager for his respond.

"Okay? Entertain me then?" Jeno leans back.

Mark took a deep breath before announcing it "I'm marrying Donghyuck."

"What?!" Jeno stood up from his chair causing Mark to flinched.

"You alright?" The latter frowned looking his friend.

"Mark, you're jeopardizing someone's career!"

Jeno exclaimed, he was breathing so fast like he'd already run miles. Mark stood up as well asking him to calm down.

"Because of Donghyuck? If you're worried about Renjun, I'm trying everything I can to bring him back."

Jeno realized he had gone too far with his empathy. Renjun was important to him – well, not until ... until he did a huge mistake and ultimately making Renjun distant himself from him.

"I was overwhelmed, I'm sorry." Jeno sighs, diving back on his seat.

Having Jeno being completely oblivious about his plan was intended.
