"I think he's dead." I told Draco later that night in my bed. "Slate. He's gone."

"How do you know?" He played with my hair.

"I got this short vision while I was in the shower. Voldemort killed him for letting me go. He saved my life." I felt a tear roll down my face.

Harry and Avery were lying in her bed across the room from us.

"You guys did really well today. I'm very proud of you." Avery smiled at us warmly.

"Thanks Av." Harry kissed her gently.

"Walker had his flaws for sure but he came through in the end." Draco nodded respectfully.

"I feel like it's my fault." I told him. "I let all this happen. I could have brought him back with us but I didn't. He's dead because of me."

"You can't blame yourself for that." Draco rubbed circles on my back.

"I just wish I could tell him that I forgive him. That everything is alright." I sniffled.

"He knows, Nat. Trust me." Harry smiled at me from the other side of the room.

I rested my head on Draco's chest and let out a deep sigh. It was very late and I was exhausted.

I focused on the steady beat of Draco's heart and the constant breathing of those around me letting myself fall into a deep sleep.

================================

The sound of chains being gently rattled filled my ears. I looked around and realized I was in a dungeon of some kind.

I scanned my surroundings seeing a tall figure shaking the chains above their head in a futile attempt to remove them.

He looked hurt. He didn't have a shirt and he was a mess.

There was blood on his face, chest, and pants.

"H-hello?" I stuttered.

"Why are you here?" He said quietly.

"Slate!" I got excited.

"Lower your voice before they hear." He grumbled.

"Are you all right?" I whispered.

"Y-yeah. Just fine." He winced as he tried moving.

"Hang on. I can help you." I tried getting to him but we were separated by a cell wall.

"You can't. You're not really here." He told me.

"This is just a vision." I realized.

"Look, Natalie. You need to stay away from here. They want you to come. Stay away." He told me sternly.

"But you're hurt. You need my help." I argued.

"Why do you care? I hurt you. A lot. You should hate me and think I deserve this." He asked.

"I know." I said honestly. "But you once told me, 'if you love someone once, no matter how much you may hate them now, you will always care about them just a little bit.'" I smiled at him. "I will come for you. And I will be ready."

"No, Natalie. No." He shook his head vigorously.

The door to the dungeon began unlocking.

"Get out of here. Now!" Slate whispered yelled.

I shot up from my bed.

"Baby what's wrong?" Draco asked groggily.
