Natalie's POV:

I was sitting on my bed bouncing my leg with all my friends around me. I was nervously waiting for Draco to get back.

Slate was laying on the other side of my bed because he was super weak but Hermione was slowly nursing him back to health. As soon as we got him home safe, he passed out from all the damage his body received.

The necklace I was still wearing felt wrong. I loved it but it felt very evil now.

"Wait guys, we need to put the necklace away. Someplace safe. When I trapped Slate inside he saw what was going on outside. We can't let Voldemort see." I took the necklace off and everyone nodded in agreement.

I put it inside a jewelry box with a lock and locked it shut. Right as I finished, Draco walked through the door.

"Thank goodness you're alright!" I jumped into his arms and gave him a big hug.

"Did you do it?" He asked hopefully.

"Yes!" I jumped excitedly.

"That's amazing! I'm so proud of you baby." He kissed me gently. "What's he doing here?" He motioned to Slate.

We explained everything and he reluctantly agreed this was the best way to help him.

"There's something else I want to tell you guys." Draco smiled.

"What is it?" Avery asked.

"My mother is three months pregnant." He looked to me waiting for a reaction.

I smiled. "That's amazing. You're going to be a big brother!"

"Congrats Malfoy." Harry smiled as well.

"Thanks guys." He looked so happy right now and he had every right to be.

"When will they find out the gender?" Avery asked.

"In a few months. I'm going to try and visit more often to check up on her." Draco replied.

"I wish I could go." I looked down sadly.

"One day, you will be able to." He reassured me. "Once everyone realizes the dark lord is gone for good and all the death eaters clear out, you can." He gave me a big hug.

"Where am I?" I turned around to see Slate attempting to sit up.

"You're back at Hogwarts." Hermione sat next to him.

"What happened?" He grumbled.

"Natalie got a vision and she made us save you while she trapped Voldemort. He's gone for good." Ron told him.

"Thanks guys." He smiled appreciatively. His gaze wandered over to me. "Nat?"

"Yeah." I walked over to him with Draco right behind me.

"I really am sorry. I didn't deserve what you did for me." He sounded so weak.

"Yes you did." I told him. "You suffered enough."

"What if he comes looking for me?" Slate asked worriedly.

"It's going to be difficult for him to do that trapped inside the necklace." I smiled at him.

He stared at me bewildered for a moment and then smiled back.

"Well I should probably get back to my dorm now." He got up slowly.

He slowly stood to his feet and stumbled over his feet but Draco caught him. "Let me walk you back."

"I'm fine Malfoy. Thanks. You guys have done enough." Slate dismissed.
