Naki snickered uncontrollably behind his father, still not believing the larger men. "I would never, ever, kiss Valas. He looks like he would lace my drink with poison if I don't compliment his outfit of the day."

Naki peered back, bright eyes shining, a moon jewel dangling on his forehead from his circlet catching the light playfully. He was dressed impeccably in a high neck jacket, its silver color designed with stripes of the Cloud's shade of amethyst and gold. Beneath the coat, a drooping scarf was tied at Naki's neck, a matching amethyst to the coat and pants combination. He wore an amethyst and gold sash, his dual rapiers tied to his side, golden chains dripping down his thighs swinging from hip to hip.

His skin glowed, a youthful shine and a full skin care routine causing his handsome features to become radiant. He of course sported his clan colors since it was the last day of the conference, their customary showcase of the clan's skills and talents signaling the end of the conference.

Everyone buzzed with excitement. It was a new year to show off a little fire power to the other clans, new techniques, new ways to use abilities, new tools. It was a way to ensure each other that if they honored the plans made here, they would have a strong ally.

Aiden fixed Saalah's sleeve. "He still won't believe us? After I lived through the mayhem crystal clear. You saw Valas skirt past you like the plague."

Naki batted his lashes as he thought about it. "Ah, he really did...but really there is no way saying the word banana did all of that! We even went with a word that was plausible but not probable." Naki playfully pinched both men's chins. "Did you two think I fall for any tall mass of muscle?" He chuckled softly, "No way. I love them sweet and also pretty, not satanic."

Leo snapped his finger and all three felt a little sting on the underside of their bottoms, making them jump and wince. "Shh, the uh, what's his title? Grand Master Judge or something? Anyways, he's giving a very riveting speech about 300 years ago. If I have to listen, so do you three." He slid an eye back at Saalah and Aiden. "Aiden are you coming to dinner to discuss why my son is no longer a virgin?"

Naki had successfully snuck a flute and was tipping it back into his mouth, but the words made him cough so much he didn't get to swallow. "Dad! Da-Dad!!!" Naki was burning red. "No, no you aren't supposed to...Oh this is so awkward!"

Saalah's eyes darted away and Aiden pointed his head at Leo, emphasizing that Saalah should come to his aid. Saalah shook his head, what was he supposed to say? Actually it's my fiance and the one Sega said he was dating, they are the ones who had your son moaning through the walls? We were turning Sega into a dripping mess!

Aiden palmed his face, his beard trimmed low and shaped today, his prominent jaw appearing stronger under less hair. His Golden locks were artfully swept back, a lock curling down over his forehead and behind an ear. His main coat and pants were the desaturated mute green of the mountain with the bronze accents running though. His silken brown button up shimmered in the light and his crown sat snuggly atop his head. He played with the chain connecting the two sides of his cloak. "Leo, sir, there is a lot of explanation...I..."

"Can tell me and his mother at dinner. We would like to be assured that Naki and his partner understand their situation. Dating as royals is not easy. Especially not as heirs."

Naki meekly plucked at his father's sleeves. "Dad... about it, I- uh... there is not just...uh... there is more than..." Naki looked at the other two.

Something had to be said. Thus far Serinity had pieced it all together. Everyone was here but today was the last day. Would it be wrong for them not to say something?
