"See, I know it seems unsavory alone, but when you fix it up, it's quite delicious isn't it? And this restaurant makes their own dressing. It's both healthy and amazing."

Naki muched happily on his salad, the first time he actively ate salad without trying to pretend he was actually eating it, or saved it and stuffed it into his main course. "It tastes like mandarins and the apples actually go good with the green stuff."

Valges smiled, spreading his napkin over his lap, "we will take you to the farmers market so you can taste the different vegetables. The ones you like we can search recipes for so you can get your vegetable portion in. How do you think Aiden and Saalah got to where they are? If they simply taxed their muscles but didn't give their bodies everything they needed, they would look great but feel bad. I just know Bai Yusheng has told you this many times."

Naki chuckled, eyes flickering to Bai Yusheng, "Yes~ I'm just hard of hearing when I want to be. Gege is the best at blending it but I kept finding ways to avoid it in food format."

Bai Yusheng shook their head, "One dinner date and you have him keeping his fork to himself and eating his salad. Are you magic?"

Valges smiled at Bai Yusheng, their eyes shimmering with mirth. "No, I simply noticed how you went about switching him from the coke to the cranberry juice with a spritz so he didn't miss the carbonation, and it gave me the idea for the mandarin dressing with the fruit salad. Two minds are better than one, especially when our opponent is stubborn and cute."

"Sega~ I want to try your salmon and lobster."

Sega elegantly divided the fresh fish on his plate, dipping the steaming fork full into a glaze of some kind. "You didn't like it the last three times you tried it at the last three restaurants. Maybe stop ordering burgers and hot wings at five star restaurants." Blue eyes flickered to Valges dressed impeccably next to Naki, who had even tamed his naturally wild appearance. "Did we thank you for coming out on this date with us? We know last night was a bit much, approaching you with such a subject as uh... joining our dating circle."

Valges sliced a fresh piece of bread, buttering it and placing it on Aiden's plate since he was on his last bite and he topped off his and Saalah's brandy. "Nonsense, what kind of thanks do I need? I was honestly flattered beyond words. I know you must all have a balance, or at least you are still figuring out your current dynamics. And the fact that I gave off enough of an impression to be invited in?"

Valges blinked through dark and curling lashes, "I must have blushed so hard I rivaled the beautiful color of Bai Yusheng's lips. I've never been asked out so cutely. Ah, I almost combusted on the spot." He looked to Aiden. "This one gave me octaves so low my thighs nearly quivered, and Saalah with his meek expression I just wanted to roll over and bury in a blanket. I know I seem tough but I'm easily flustered, and I can be made into a putty."

Naki rested his chin on Valges shoulder for a moment, "don't be humble. You are the one who can make putty. I told them, you taught me my best moves."

Valges booped the cute nose, "Sweetheart, I only share the poetry. You, with that face, that shape, you need no teacher." Valges eyes flickered to Bai Yusheng and Saalah, "Can I tell a secret? Here I was in my head yearning to squeeze in between the two of you and see if you had an exploratory relationship like a heated hound. Since I saw you, Bai Yusheng, I was improper in my head."

A red hue heightened the dark freckles, "honestly I felt shameless! It's why I tried not to stay too long with you at social gatherings, I was scolding myself. And Saalah and Sega, let's just say my type is very particular in each body group, and I would drop all my designer clothes in the gutter if you only texted me to do so."
