THE BUS

Coulson, Grant and Rose walk through the living room of the bus, the former of three slightly upset. "Did you know there's a Mount Thor on Baffin Island?" Coulson asks the two following him.

Rose and Grant both shake their heads towards each other. "No, we did not," Grant admits for him and his mother-figure.

"Do you know what's not on Mount Thor?" Coulson asks them. But he doesn't give them much time to reply, answering his own question. "Anything Asgardian at all. Our agents haven't found a thing."

Coulson leads the way into the conference room, where Skye stands waiting. "What did you find?" Rose asks the young hacker.

"Nystorm's deep-web message boards are just abuzz with psychos," Skye informs them. She presses a button on the holocom table, messages appearing on it. "They believe they're gonna ascend to be the Gods of destruction and death. People suck, sir."

"That's your progress, 'people suck'?" Grant asks her.

"These people do," Skye nods, "and there's also chatter about going underground."

"Could be going incognito or..." Grant theorizes, but Rose finishes for him.

"They're searching for the next piece of the staff," Rose says.

"Randolph said to check Viking routes," Grant recalls. "Find any others?" He asks Skye.

"There's some sites along the Volga River in Russia, some in Kiev," Skye lists off, "and weirdly, here." She hits another button on the holocom, a map zooming in on Seville, Spain.

"Seville, Spain?" Rose questions, intrigued on this. 'What is he hiding?'

May walks in, holding a tablet out to Rose. "We found promising locations with Viking relics, El Divino Nino. A church built on the ruins of an 8th century crypt built on Roman ruins from 206 B.C."

"East of the river," Grant states.

"Sun overhead, buried in Earth," Rose recalls.

"And lots of bones," Coulson finishes for them. "Let's see what we can dig up." Coulson grins at his own joke, everyone else giving somewhat forced smiles of humor. "See what I did there?" Rose nods slightly, watching Coulson leave the conference room.

SEVILLE, SPAIN

Coulson and Fitz sit in a black van, Coulson in the driver's side. Fitz on the passenger side. "Must be nice," Fitz says, starting a conversation. "Have a mandatory nap time."

"Siesta isn't mandatory," Coulson amends Fitz's words. The street is deserted, not a single person in view of the sun. "Just very pleasant."

UNDERNEATH THE CHURCH

Grant walks down a dark hallway of sorts, cobwebs everywhere. "How are you doing, Agent Ward?" Coulson asks them over the comms device.

"Wishing I was shorter," Grant states, batting away some cobwebs. He ducks his head down, avoiding a low archway. He holds up a tablet and flashlight, looking around the hallways. "Nothing yet." The tablet is working on scanning the area, searching for alien substances. "All my readings are normal."
