I charge. My head is full of screaming from the staff. I can't think. It feels like my body is being torn by the screaming. And it's very loud and very distracting. It sounds louder than a volcano eruption or a dragon roar. Fighting with these screams in my head is really hard. I get thrown back again. I slam into the wall.
"Merlin!" Snow helps me up.
"I'm okay." I say.
"Are you sure?" Snow asks.
"Yeah positive." I dust myself off.
"Argh!" Hans yells.
I grab Snow and I pull her aside. Hans slams into the wall.
"I don't remember these guys being so tough!" Hans exclaims.
It's the staff. Trust me I know how it works. It shoots out lightening. Is this all my fault? The staff... it needs me. It's become unstable without me. For so long I thought I could escape this. My true nature. I thought... I thought I could live normal. I turn. They've surrounded Jack and Arthur and the three. I turn to my spells. What???
"No..." I breathe.
"Haha! Now who's the best?" Prince Average asks.
"I can't believe it." Arthur mutters.
I see the staff. I let out a breath. I can't ignore the calls. The beast is trying to come out. There is no other way. I see King White being pushed to the edge. I have to do this. I'm so sorry Snow White. I can't believe I'm showing you my true form. I've tried to hide it for so long but perhaps I can use it for something I've never done before, good.
