I wake up slowly. I see stone and a soft orange-yellow light. I turn. I see a fire lit. What happened... where's Snow? Where's everyone? I wince as I try to sit up. I look and I see my chest was bandaged. I feel a hand on my back. I turn.

"Jack." I say.

"It is good that you're up." Jack says.

"Merlin you're awake!" Hans hugs me.

"Ow." I say.

"I did the fine bandaging job." Jack says.

"Thanks." I say.

I look around.

"What happened? How long was I out?" I ask.

"A couple of ours." Jack says.

"Arthur's out scouting and hunting." Hans says.

"So... where are Pino and the others? Snow?" I ask.

"We... got separated after you passed out." Hans says.

"What?" I wince.

I try to stand up. I can't stay down. I have to get up. I have to fix this. She's in trouble. I have to get to her. I have to protect her. The moment I get up on my legs, my head instantly hurt. I almost fall had it not been for Jack.

"Easy Merlin. Easy." Jack says.

"We have to go." I say.

"Oi! Merlin what are you doing standing up?" Arthur comes in.

"Did you bring any food?" Hans asks.

"I managed to catch a bunny." Arthur holds it up.

"Perfect." Hans takes it.

"Arthur did you find the others?" I ask.

He shakes his head.

"We have to go." I try to take a step.

"Wait Merlin." Jack grabs me.

"We have to stop Pasheria!" I yell.

"Merlin, I understand but first you need to eat something. I know I do." Arthur says.

I let out a breath. Come to think of it. I'm starving. Jack helps me back down.

"Don't worry Merlin, this won't take that long." Hans smiles.
