"Good morning." I enter the dining room.
"Ah there's my son in law." King White smiles.
I look around.
"Where's Snow?" I ask.
"Ah. She's trying out a new recipe. Wants us to be the ginny pigs." He says.
"I see." I sit down.
"Are you alright Merlin? You look so tired." He says.
"Fine. Just nightmares." I say.
"I know just what you're going through." He says.
I look at him in surprise. How could he possibly understand? He wasn't born there!
"You... do?" I raise an eyebrow.
"Marriage isn't easy. I know. The day I married my beloved wife, not a day went by that I could sleep." He says.
I think our nightmares are very different. Your nightmares are fake mine are real. They did happen. It was a nightmare in itself. I've seen the horrors. I've seen the blood. He puts his hand on my shoulder.
"I remember waking up because I thought that I wasn't worthy and can't protect her. You are perfect for her, my son. It will work out; I promise the dreams will go away." He smiles.
"Really?" I ask.
"I garuntee." He says.
"Hey guys! I finished!" Snow comes in.
