Kate pov
"hi," I say to Caitlin.
"hi," she looks at my lips.
practice starts in approximately three minutes. we are currently standing in the one person bathroom.
I push Caitlin against the wall and smash my lips to hers. we kiss each other urgently. my hands grip her ass while she has hers cupped on my jaw.
I kiss her stronger as I push her even harder against the wall.
she tilts her head up to give me access inside her mouth. I slip my tongue inside and move it around in circles with hers.
she moves a noise in the back of her throat that sounds like a groan. I smile into the kiss.
she pushed off the wall and puts her hands on my hips. she pins me against the sink. her aggressiveness of the push hurt my back but I don't give a shit.
she lifts me up onto the sink and starts to pull off my shorts. I grip onto the back of the sink as she brings her mouth to my-
"ladies!" a voice says outside the door. "I know you guys are in there! come on out, it's time for practice!"
Bluder.
"it's only me in here!" I yell.
"then where's Caitlin?" she asks.
"probably calling Connor," I say.
"her phones in the locker room," Bluder yells. "or else I would've just called her."
"I have no clue where she is," I say.
"Kate," Bluder laughs. "her headband is sitting on the floor out here."
"oh my god, Caitlin!" I say. "I didn't even see you in here!"
Caitlin slaps her hand on her forehead.
"come out," Bluder says. "when your decent."
I pull up my shorts.
Bluder is standing outside the door with her hands on her hips.
"why?" Bluder sighs.
"I was literally just doing her hair," I say.
"her hair is down," Bluder smirks.
"she messed up," Caitlin says.
"girls," she says. "I know you two are together."
"what?" I ask.
"Monika told me," Bluder says.
"what." Caitlin is pissed.
"calm down," Bluder says. "I already pretty much knew."
"how?" I ask.
"you were both always coincidentally gone at the same time," she points out.
"so?" Caitlin asks.
"it's just obvious."
"does the rest of the team know?" I ask
"some girls are still oblivious to it," she says. "but most girls do."
Caitlin walks away.
we finish practice and Caitlin and I still haven't talked since the bathroom.
we're driving back to her apartment in silence.
"Caitlin?"
"yeah?" She whispers with her fingers tapping the stirring wheel.
"are we going to talk?" I ask.
"what's there to talk about?" she asks.
"well, you've been ignoring me, you stormed off earlier, you seemed insanely fucking pissed that people know."
"one, I've hardly ignored you. two I stormed off because I was scared and confused. three, I am pissed. not that everyone knows; I'm fine with that. but that we didn't get to tell people."
"oh," I say.
"what?" she asks.
"you wanted to tell people?"
"yeah," she says. "why wouldn't I?"
"I just didn't think you would do that," I answer.
"why not?" she asks.
"I just didn't think that you could come out for for," I say.
"well I really l-," she pauses. "like you."
was she going to say love?
"so you would tell people?"
"yeah," she confirms.
"I really like you too," I smile.
she grabs my hand and gives it three squeezes.
when we first met, she told me about how that's how Iris and her say "I love you". no. I'm probably reading into this.
A/N- been a bit for this one...
