Caitlin pov
once a month we have a day where we do a tournament. the team is split up into four teams. the two teams that win their first games, go to the championship. the winning team gets the ultimate prize. bragging rights.
Kate and I still haven't talked. sure, we've had very intense stare downs. but haven't talked.
Molly explained everything to me earlier. it all seems to make sense now. but im pissed that she isn't even trying to talk to me now, even though she knows that I know what happened.
we just have to see who breaks first.
the teams get split up (chosen by Bluder)
team yellow: Taylor, Sharon, Gabbie.
team black: me, addi, kennise .
team white: Kate, syd, Kylie.
team brown: Molly, AJ, Jada.
Hannah currently can't play due to her knee hurting her.
team yellow and black play each other. then team white and brown. whoever wins those games goes to the championship.
I dribble up the court and pass it to addi who is at the block and she puts it up for an easy layup.
the lead goes back and forth until the last ten minutes. we begin to pull away.
we are up by ten, and I shoot a long three. the ball swishes in and I am also fouled by Gabbie.
I make my free throw and after this point, the other team kind of gives up.
we win the game by 18 and go onto the championship.
