"Sorry." Abigail apologized as she bumped into a nurse as she rushed into the hospital and up to the locker room to change. "Why are you in such a rush?" George asked as the two walked into the locker room.
"Lexie got me drunk,I'm a bit hungover,don't ask." Abigail said as she quickly changed into her scrubs before meeting with the other interns.
"Kepner,you're late." Cristina said. "Yes,right,sorr—" Abigail began but Cristina cut her off, "Whatever,come on."
They met up with Erica and they walked to a patient's room. "His incision is healing nicely. No erythema or purulenta discharge. He'll be monitored,and we'll try weaning him off the drip once his meds are maximized." Cristina rambled.
"After discharge,we expect him to follow up in the cardiac clinic." Cristina continued. "There are four other people here,Yang. How about letting one of them talk?" Erica asked.
Cristina turned around and looked at her interns. "Uh... Mr. Talbot's cardiomyopathy is unusually complicated,that's all."
"You know,you could take a cue from Dr. Stevens. She knows what's going on with her patients, and she's inclusive." Erica said when everyone's pagers started beeping.

The group rushed down to the pit as they put on their yellow scrubs as quickly as they could. Abigail,Lexie,Izzie,Alex,and Derek walked into a trauma room as a kid laid in the hospital bed with a cup over his eye.
"What's your name?" Derek asked the kid. "Danny." He answered. "Hey,uh,Danny, I'm gonna take this off so I can have a look,okay?" Derek spoke softly as he took the cup off of Danny's face,revealing a pencil shove in his eye.
"Man,high school really does suck." Alex was the first one to say something. "It was that asshat sully and his stupid friends!" Danny exclaimed.
"Shh." Derek hushed him. "Driver kept turning around telling them to shut up—" the girl who came in with Danny said.
"I'm just drawing a logo and suddenly I'm upside-down." Danny said. "And the pencil went,like,all the way in Danny's eye." The girl said.
"Yeah I can see that." Derek said. "Should I call his parents?" The girl asked,worried. "Why don't you let us do that?" Izzie asked.
"Sully and those jerks should be in jail. You should be calling the police not my parents." Danny said angrily. "You just need to now think about those kids,okay?" Derek asked. "You're gonna be out of high school soon. You never have to see 'em again."
