"THIS GOD FORSAKEN STROM,"

You yelled through the storm walking on the edge of a mountain, you shield your eyes from the rain trying to look ahead,

"I think this is the part where..."

You heard yelling not too far from you, and that is when you remember this part of the movie. You start to move faster to where the two rock giants are fighting, where the company is. You saw a stone giant fall without its head with its knee heading toward the side of the mountain.

"I won't make it there in time."

You looked ahead but noticed the heat bundled in your hands, you moved faster to them, hearing their screams. They were scared who wouldn't be?

"No!"

You heard Thorin yelling out and you raised your hand to where they were crushed, hoping that the movie was right and they would be safe.

"No,"

Thorin yelled again, you ran towards them and heard Thorin and Fili yelling for Kili; you looked over the group of dwarves, seeing that they were safe...

"Y/n?"

You heard Bilbo but you couldn't see him. You looked around before to the side of the mountain,

"Where's Bilbo?"

"Where is the hobbit?"

Thorin looked around but stopped when he saw you bending down to help Bilbo, Thorin ran to you and bent down to help you,

"Bilbo,"

You had his right hand trying to pull him up; Thorin glanced at you before taking his other hand and helping you pull him up; Bilbo landed in between you both, looking shaken.

"Bilbo?" You asked him,

He turned to you, holding your hand gently, and you saw the look in his eyes. It is a relief.

"Your crystals,"

Your eyes widen, and you want to say something, however, Thorin scoffed at Bilbo.

"I thought we'd lost our burglar," Gloin said

"He's been lost ever since he left home," Thorin huffed

You helped Bilbo up and stared at Thorin with a glare. You knew of Thorin's untruthful tendencies. But it will be changed soon enough,

"I just hope to change their fate... if I can," You thought,

You dusted off Bilbo's shirt while Thorin continued,

"He should have never come. He has no place amongst us,"

You stopped and shook your head catching the attention of Thorin,

"What are you shaking your head at?" Thorin question

You stared at him, knowing he would regret what he said; your eyes held compassion.

"Because you regret what you have said," You told him,

Thoirn looked at you stunned and then scoffed at you,

"Dwalin!"

He turned away from you and Bilbo, talking to him, You looked at Bilbo and saw how hurt he was, you went to him holding both of his hands, and his gaze went from the ground to you,

"Don't let his words get to you, they are empty," You said

Bilbo felt heat rise to his cheeks as you held his hand to your chest, he couldn't concentrate on the pain in his chest as it was filled with warmth that he hadn't felt in a while.
