-Naruto POV-
It had been a month since I summoned Ashina. I had progressed a lot and I was sure I was probably the strongest kid my age. I started keeping my wooden katana on my back whenever I left the house, unless mom made me leave it.

My kenjutsu was steadily progressing, I'd started practicing strikes on a tree with my wooden katana (Boken). I was now able to draw storage seals easily and I now had a seal that could launch stored items. My speed and double since I started training with Shisui. He had written up a training plan for me and had been teaching me different movement techniques. My favorite move at the time was the flash step, a technique that allowed you to dash at much higher speeds, but only in a straight line. The Shunshin allowed you more direction, but the flash step had way higher speed potential.

Hiashi had taught me a lot, and apparently I was helping Hinata with her training. My genjutsu was still god awful, but I could do the basic clone now. I had gotten all three academy jutsu down, now that I had actual teachers.

I was laying in bed half awake, I couldn't remember why I'd woken up. Suddenly I heard Sasuki through my door. "Hey Idiot! We need to leave in less than ten minutes for school!" She called.

My eyes shot open. I quickly grabbed my clothes, my boken, and a towel. I opened my door and flash stepped down the hallway, right past mom who smacked me upside the head. "No Jutsu in the house!" She said.

"Sorry!" I said as I entered the bathroom hastily.

I set my stuff down and got in the shower. I brushed my teeth while showering in hurry. I got out, dried off, then put my old clothes and towel in the hamper. I got dressed and put my boken on my back. I ran down the hallway toward the stairs and right as I got to the stairs Tou-San seemed to appear in front of me.

I jumped and flipped over him. "Sorry." I said.

He sighed. "Just like your mother." He said.

I got to the kitchen to find Sasuki at the table, taking her time and reading a novel as she ate. "I thought we had less than ten minutes?" I said.

She didn't even look up. "Oh would you look at that, my clock is an hour early." She said.

I sat down in my spot, where food was waiting. "Not cool. Not cool at all." I said.

She nodded. "Yah... that's cool." She said as she read.

I pulled out a book of my own about all the fastest shinobi to ever live. My dad was the fastest ever recorded, but he wasn't the only one who caught my attention. In third place was a woman named Nohara Uzumaki, her sheer speed was enough to out class almost all of her opponents. It was said she had a secret jutsu to do so. I'd have to look into it later.

After I finished eating, we left. Mom was walking us to the Academy. Sasuki spoke. "How did you even move up to the next grade? You were failing epically." She said.

I shrugged. "Luck I guess, but that's all gonna be different now. From now on, it's all skill." I said.

She scoffed. "Oh? And what changed to make that happen? All you did was get a family." She said.

I smiled at her calling us a family. "Well, my dear sister, maybe you'll find out when you're old enough." She said.

Her eye twitched. "How am I not old enough? I'm older than you." She said.

I smirked. "I guess I'm just special then." I said.

She scoffed. "Whatever loser." She said.

We got to the academy soon after. As soon as people saw me, they gawked at the drastic change in my looks. We got to class and all eyes were on me, a good amount of the kids looked ashamed in themselves.
