-Naruto POV-
It had only been a day since my return and as soon as I could sneak away, I left the house. It was nice being home, but I couldn't stand being inside. So, I did the most rational thing I could, I packed a scroll and left through my window. I made my way to the Uchiha Camping Supply shop and bought some supplies.

After that I went out towards the border of the village. I went outside the village and found a site by a river. The banks were covered in grass and had a tree line nearby. I set up a fire pit and my tent. I unsealed a fishing pole, a camping chair, and a bucket. I cast my line and dug a pole holder into the ground.

I pulled out a book about famous Konoha ninja and started reading. There were three ninja who caught my eye because they were still alive. The first was named Orochimaru, he made a name for himself as the White Snake. He was known for his obsession with snakes and rebirth. He had been passed over for Hokage, losing to my father.

Then there was Jiraiya the Toad Sage. He was known for his wide variety of jutsu, his toad summoning contract, and his use of sage mode. He had also created a line of hair based jutsu. He had fought many shinobi and was my fathers sensei. The most remarkable thing about him was that no one knew what he looked like, I respected that.

Finally, there was Tsunade Senju, the Slug Princes. She was the best medical ninja in the world. She was a taijutsu master, above even the Hyuga. She had inhuman strength from a young age, just like her grandfather, the first Hokage. She was able to crush rocks with just her grip like grapes by my age.

I got curious and picked up a rock, a little bigger than my fist. I gripped it as hard as I could and I could hear the cracking from the rock after a few my seconds the rock gave out and dust flew out. I let go and the rock crumbled from my hand.

I smirked. "At least I got stronger." I said to myself before picking up my pole.

I felt a fish on the hook and began reeling. I pulled in a big one and put it in the bucket with some water. I felt three presences emerge from the tree line. "You scared the hell out of your mom. She asked me to track you down." Kiba said.

Nasha ran up and jumped on my lap. "Hey little lady." I said as I began petting her.

Kiba stood next to me. "Yah, she took a liking to Akamaru, so we're a trio now." He said.

I began scratching behind her ears. "You're a good girl, aren't you?" I said.

Kiba sighed. "Look, I'm sorry." He said.

I looked up. "I guess I can forgive you, but uh, I won't be working with you guys for a while." I said as I cast my line again.

He chucked. "Yah, right." He said.

I raised an eyebrow at him. "I'm serious Kiba. Until you're at least Chunin." I said.

He crossed his arms. "I guess that's fair. I'll tell your mom that you're fine." He said before leaving with the two pups.

Jiji appeared from the tree line in his shinobi outfit. "I thought he'd never leave. How are you holding up?" He asked.

I smiled. "I'm a lot better now that I'm home." I said.

He nodded. "That's good. I know it's late, but I need a review of team 8, Kurenai too." He said.

I sighed. "Piece of work, it's bad Jiji." I said.

He sighed. "I thought as much. Just because I'm curious, how would you solve the problem of team eight?" He asked.

"Assign a second Jonin. This one needs to have way more out of country experience and more versatility. Kurenai is good at genjutsu, but outside that..." I said.
