"𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 tell me you two are going tonight." Scarlett said as she stood in front of her closet searching for an outfit to wear to the country club, while she had Aisha and Maudie on speaker.

"I would, but I have company over tonight." Maudie said. "I'm sorry."

"I would, but I'm at karate practice tonight." Aisha said.

"By the way, how's that going?" Scarlett asked as she decided on a dress with a cream colored cardigan and manolo flats. "Miguel and Hawk are in your class too right?"

"Yeah, it's going pretty good. I'm learning a lot." Aisha said.

"I'm so happy for you hon." Scarlett smiled as she dressed herself. "Now when Yas and those other mean girls say something, you'll do something about it, when people have had enough, they've had enough, you know?"

"That's the plan. Speaking of happy, you and hottie have been talking non stop, and even have almost got caught a few times during class. Please tell me something is about to happen." Aisha said

"Yeah, like is he going to be our brother in-law, and will we have nieces or nephews anytime soon?" Maudie asked as she filed her nails

Scarlett blushed from head to toe as she finished her makeup. "For God sake Maudie, we've only been texting for a week. We haven't even had our first date yet."

"Scarlett, are you ready to go honey?" Sharon called from down the hall. "We're going to be late."

"Oh, I've got to go, text me though." Scarlett said. "Love you guys."

"Love you too!"

Scarlett ended the call, spritzed perfume on her pulse points, and grabbed her clutch wallet, and placed her phone inside, then walked down the stairs where her parents were waiting for her. The family of three walked out the door, and Richard locked the door behind him and opened the door for both his wife and his daughter.

As Scarlett sat down in the backseat, she heard her phone ping. As she took it out of her clutch wallet, she opened her phone to see a message from Robby, her face lit up. Since he texted her, the two have been texting back and forth, and have even spoken on the phone for hours, since her parents work late, and his mother is never home.

Robby ❤️

How's it going?

Good 🥰 Going out to dinner with mom
and dad. Lobster night at the country club. 🤢
Hopefully they'll have snow crab instead 🤞🏻

You don't like lobster 🤔?

No, to me, it's more on the salty side.
I prefer snow crab, it's the bomb 🥰
Anyway, what are you doing tonight?
