"𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄, but cute. He knows he's in deep shit." Yasmine chuckled, as Sam showed her a text message on her phone, while Scarlett and Maudie sat next to her.
"I just... I feel like things have been off lately." Sam said, turning her phone back around. "There's so much I wanna say. Maybe I should just... lay it all out?"
"No!" Yasmine said, quickly grabbing Sam's phone, and Moon glanced over her shoulder as she began typing. "No, less is more."
"I'm with Yas. It's better to have these conversations in person." Moon said
"She's right Sam." Scarlett said, sipping her orange juice.
"Mm-hmm." Yasmine said, then gave the phone back to Sam. "Keep it short, not sweet."
"I'm okay?" Maudie asked, reading the message Yasmine sent.
"Should she add a smiley face, heart or anything?" Scarlett asked
"No!" Yasmine said, and at the same time, Moon said, "Definitely."
"I have an idea." Moon said. "I know what we need."

"Moon, this place is so... you." Sam said, as the girls walked through a spa covered in robes and slippers with swim suits underneath
"Isn't it? When Eli and I broke up the first time, there was a lot of negative energy. This place helped cut through the noise which is why I brought you guys here." Moon said, putting one arm around Sam and the other around Scarlett. "You gotta figure out who you really are."
"They also do facials, so." Yasmine said
"I'm down for a facial." Maudie said
Moon took the girls to amother room, where there were self-actualization pods. "What is this, exactly?" Sam asked apprehensively
"This is a self-actualization pod." Moon said
"So like a sensory deprivation tank?" Sam asked.
"Oh, no, no, no." Moon said, shaking her head. "They don't call them that anymore. It's not about deprivation. It's about connection with your innermost self."
"Thanks, but I'm still gonna pass." Sam said. "I already have nightmares about drowning in shallow bodies of water."
"Wow, that's dark." Yasmine said, and Maudie rolled her eyes
"Sam, ever since the tournament you've been off balance. It's clear there's been some tension with Miguel. And Scarlett, I know you and Robby made amends, but still. The only thing you two are gonna find in this pod is yourselves. That's not so scary, right?"
After glancing at one another, they decided to give it a try. After hanging their robes on the hook, they stepped into their pods, shutting the lids behind them.
Laying back, all Scarlett could hear was the sloshing of the water. Looking around, she analyzed the pattern of the pods walls, then closed her eyes and took a deep breath, letting it out slowly.
Opening her eyes, she saw she wasn't in the pod, but she was surrounded by black. "Hello? Is anyone here?" Scarlett called
"Kiddo? What in the world you doing here?" Ali smiled.
Scarlett turned around and answered, "I don't know. Moon said this would help me connect with my inner most self."
"Scarlett, you're our precious baby girl. You always have been, and you always will be." Sharon smiled as Richard stood beside her
"You're our little girl, honey. You always have been and you always will be." Richard smiled
"What do you mean connecting with your inner most self? You should know who you are. You're one of Miyagi-Do's top students." Daniel smiled
"Scarlett, you're our best friend." Sam and Maudie smiled
"You're one of the girls." Moon smiled
"You're the girl I love with all of my heart." Robby smiled. "Just give me another chance."
Everyone's voices began echoing over each other as Scarlett's head began spinning, everything felt like it was closing in, when Moon opened the pod lid, and Scarlett sat up, gasping for breath.
"Oh, my gosh, I had the most incredible vision! I was a drop of dew glistening in the moonlight." Moon beamed at Scarlett and Sam, who were still trying to collect themselves
Scarlett shivered as she got out of her pod and put on her robe. "Hey, are you guys okay?" Moon asked
"Were your pods broken too? My water was freezing." Yasmine said
"Wasn't it enlightening? What'd you see?" Moon smiled

Upon returning home to her Beverly Hills residence, Scarlett walked into the kitchen and grabbed a strawberry lemon poppi and plopped down on the sofa, and turned on the tv, and switched it to This is Us. Before she could even play the episode, her phone began to ring. She glanced at the caller id, which read Robby ❤️
"Hey you." Scarlett smiled as she opened her strawberry lemon poppi. "What are you up to? I'm glad your back safe and sound from Mexico"
"Well, I have some good news." Robby said. "My mom is letting me stay with my dad."
"Robby, that's amazing!" Scarlett smiled. "I know how much this means to you and to him."
"Yeah, listen I was wondering if you wanted to go out tonight?" Robby said.
"Sure." Scarlett smiled. "Where did you have in mind?"
"It's a surprise. Just wear that pretty pink dress you wore to the prom." Robby smiled.
"All right." Scarlett smiled. "If you say so."
"I'll see you at eight." Robby smiled
"See you then."
