I raced back to the town below. Back to Toriel's house. Back to Frisk. sans's screams for me to stop had faded along time ago now. My once calm heart was now raging. Was that even my heart? Am I even alive anymore? IS THAT WHY I CAN'T REMEMBER MY NAME? BECAUSE I'M DEAD?!

I raced down the slopes which were once static things on the walk up this mountain. This damned Mountain! This Damned Game. This game that became my reality. My nightmare.  The slopes and trails that were once dreamlike in the sunset stroll up the mountain were now blacken and blue under the night sky like sickening bruises or pus filled lumps. The wind itself screamed in pain as my feet beat against the ground. I barely even noticed the black veiny trees as I pass through them. I emerge from the forest and find my feet now on the level ground of asphalt and pavement and I finally catch my breath and slow down. My mind finally processing what was happening. I look around at the streets and the thin rays of light from the street lamps and I follow the lights now merely at a walking pace. I look around, The warm lights coming from inside the houses, the cold lights of the outside from the lamps and moon.

This was normal. A stroll down the street at night. An overcrowded mind. This was what i was used to from my world. The Real World. My home. It had only occured to me then that I, to put it simply, could never return home. I could never return home. This nightmare would never end.

I finally come to the door of Toriel's house and see Frisk on the Patio. Flowey next to them in a pot. Flowey looked tired.

I look at both of them, but I couldn't pull any face. Not disgust for the things they both did. Not Rage for how Frisk had tortured the others. Just Nothing. I felt so robotic, but I suppose that was normal considering what I was about to ask.

"Frisk...what the hell even am I?
