Forbidden children meet Zeus

Percy and I made our way to the empire state building.

It was huge.

We walked in, and it shockingly wasn't that busy.

We went to the front desk.

The person there said, "Not visiting hours."

Percy put the bolt on the table, and the person at the desk seemed surprised.

He let us through, and we went to an elevator.

In the elevator, we clicked the button 600, which has just appeared.

When the elevator stopped and opened, we could see Mount olympus 

It had a lot of buildings, Percy and I walked to the area that had 12 thrones.

When we got there, only one God was there.

Zeus..

"Sir, w-we have the b-bolt," I say, very nervous.

"About time thief," Zeus says.

"We didn't take the bolt," Percy says, "it was Kronus and Ares working together."

"I don't want to hear your stupid lies. Give me the bolt," Zeus says.

Percy and I went on our knees. It seemed respectful.

I feel like if we didn't, we would be killed.

Zeus walked over to us and grabbed to bolt from Percy, and walked back to his throne.

Percy and I stood back up.

"You may leave now," Zeus said.

"What? No, we still need to talk," I said angrily. I needed my answers.

Zeus turns around.

"Little girl, when I say you may leave, it means be lucky I'm letting you leave alive," he says.

"Have you seen how messed up your family is," Percy starts angrily, "I mean, just think about when your father comes out of tartarus. Are you just going to wait till your father comes and puts you back in your place."

Zeus seemed really pissed now. He gets ready to throw his bolt at us, Percy and I duck down and turn away, expecting to get vaporized or something.

But nothing happens.

We turn around to see Poseidon, holding back Zeus' strike.
