Satoru Gojo stood there frozen. All the memories of his best friend, Suguru Geto, quickly played in his head. Suguru Geto is supposed to be dead, yet he's standing right here in front of him in the middle of the train station with thousands of dead curses lying around them.

No, it's really him! Gojo shouted in his head.

'Geto' only needed a minute for the Prison Realm to activate. The gate wrapped itself around Gojo. Gojo knew something wasn't right. No matter what his Six Eyes are telling him, he knows that the man in front of him isn't Suguru Geto.

"You shouldn't lose yourself in thought in the midst of battle, Satoru," 'Geto' stated.

I can't sense any cursed energy. I can't get my body to move, either, Gojo thought sadly. This is checkmate, huh?

"So, who the hell are you?" Gojo asked the imposter.

'Geto' tried to play dumb and answered with a grin, "I'm Suguru Geto. Don't you remember me? How sad."

If Gojo could, the imposter would be burned alive. He gave the man a heated glare. "Your body and cursed energy...only information provided by my Six Eyes is telling me you're Suguru Geto. But..." The imposter smirked at him. "But both my heart and my soul know otherwise! Now answer me already, WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!"

The imposter grabbed the thread that was stitched against his forehead and pulled it off. "Creepy," the man said. The top of his head came off to reveal a Cursed Brain that had a mouth while 'Suguru Geto' was smiling at him. "How could you tell? That's my technique, you see. I can pass from one body to another by replacing its brain with myself. Of course, I'm also able to use the technique etched into the body I inhabit."

"I really wanted this man's Curse Manipulation and this situation, too," The brain named Kenjaku continued. "You didn't have Shoko Ieiri handle the disposal of Suguru Geto's body that day, did you?" He put his head back on. "That was an odd time for you to show consideration. But thanks to that I was able to obtain this body with ease. You needn't worry. I'll release your seal eventually. A hundred...no, maybe a thousand years from now? You're just too strong. And you're in the way of my plans."

Gojo chuckled. "Have you forgotten? Who was it that beat the crap out of that body before I killed him?"

Kenjaku nodded. "Yuta Okkotsu, huh? I just don't see as much appeal in that boy as you do. Copying techniques without any conditions, and a bottomless well of cursed energy...Both of those were just effects obtained from binding the soul of his most beloved with a pact. Sorry to say this, but Yuta Okkotsu can never replace you." Kenjaku spotted a figure running toward them. A satisfying smirk crept up to his face, eyes not leaving her figure. "That girl, however..."

"Satoru!" Gojo heard her voice. He froze momentarily, his heart pounding against his chest in fear. Gojo slowly turned his head. His eyes were wide like saucers as he watched the woman he loved running for him.

Lucy Ackerman, his girlfriend from another world, was covered in blood from head to toe. She pulled her swords out in preparation to fight Kenjaku. Gojo couldn't do anything. Time was slowing down. Gojo saw the hatred in her eyes that was directed toward Kenjaku. He opened his mouth to yell at her, but nothing came out.

Nothing's coming out. Gojo breathed. Lucy was getting closer. Don't come any closer. You need to get out of here!

Kenjaku's voice broke Gojo out of his thoughts. "Goodnight, Satoru Gojo. We'll meet again in the new world," he said before the curse wrapped itself around Gojo and yanked him into the little box.

Gojo took one final glance at Lucy. She was slowly coming to a stop as she watched him get sealed away. I'm sorry, Lucy.
