** it's the middle of the niight , Carina is rocking baby Niccolas back to sleep, she's just finished breastfeeding him and she still has her breasts completely out of her nursing bra .. she really doesn't care, her breasts are insanely engorged by the extra milk she's been producing, thanks to that little pill .. Maya is still having difficulty sleeping properly, she's awake most of the night because Charlotte's head is in the pelvis area and she's not moving from that position for a while, she loves to kick her mommy in the middle of the night... **

Carina : it's okay Nicco, shhhhhh !

What's wrong?  I changed your diaper mi a more ! Ohh did you drink my milk too fast? And your baby tummy hurts? Is that why you're crying?

This is a different cry my baby....

** she doesn't know what to do, she's desperate to get him to stop crying, until she gets an idea, she saw a video a while back where you lay your baby on their back and you make circular motion with their legs and it actually helps them pass gas , so she eventually tries it and it works! Niccolas was just being very gassy and she comforted him with hugs and kisses and a little bit more of her breast milk.. **

Carina: slowly bambino !

**  Carina started feeling some pain again in her lower back.. so she decided to hide it from Maya, because she doesn't need to have a worried wife who's almost full term in her last pregnancy, so she texted Addison and told her about it, Addison said she could come by her house later today, Carina obviously agreed. So around 9 h 30 and she's going to give her some medication through an IV **

Not again !

Maya : hrmmm what babe?

Carina: oh he's still wanting to bite my breasts instead of sucking on them and it's not comfortable and that's why my breasts are so much bigger and sore .. and he has a strong mouth...

** it's now 2 h 34 in the morning and Carina laid Niccolas down to sleep in his bassinet and she was now awake and ready for her breast massage from her wife , Carina was laying down completely on her back and a very pregnant Maya was squatting on her waist and she was trying to see what she was doing but with her growing bump in the way she couldn't see, so Carina directed her wife to where her breasts were and she was just trying not to make some moaning noise so she wouldn't wake up the kids in the middle of the night. **

Carina: like that okay ?
Maya : thank you for helping me out... I wish I could see what I was doing.

Carina: uhhhhhh uhhhhhhh I know what you are going through babe ! Faster please... I might squirt some milk on you, and I'm really sorry if I do , it's because I have been—- difficulty with getting him to latch on properly lately and I have been bottle feeding him in the middle of the night for the past few weeks now.. and I'm slowly getting back to breastfeeding him. I just started again last night..

Maya : don't worry about it babe!

** and sure enough Maya applied so much pressure on her wife's very engorged breasts that she squirted milk all over her pregnant wife's belly... **
