Got what it takes to tame the Beast?
Well, I hope you're enjoying yourself so far with this little game. Again, please remember to save your answers for the final judgment etc, etc. Now onto your fourth scenario.
~ Story ~
It is now morning of the next day, whether you chose to drink or not. As soon as you wake, you search around town asking witnesses what they saw and encountering fellow bounty hunters setting traps and investigating tracks that could belong to the Beast. You find your search for the shadow, however unlike yesterday, the odd feeling of the negative presence is gone. You meet a few interesting people on your way back to your room in the tavern and chat for a while. You found that there are at least 30 others looking for the Beast just like you. Among the crowd, which was surprisingly large for what you would consider a small town anyway, you see a lone young woman in the corner, sipping what looks like hot cocoa and a batch of cookies. You've made no progress in the young woman being very out of place and alone. You decide to sit with her. She's looking out of the window into the woods and night is falling. "Are you scared?". she asked. You ask her what she means and she smiles and slowly turns to face you, taking a cookie from the batch and dipping it in the hot cocoa before biting a chunk out of it. "The Beast seems to frighten everyone around here. I'm sure you saw the shadow last night. It always shows up whenever someone new drops in.".
Now here's your fourth choice.
1: Tell her that you're not scared, because there's no such thing as monsters anyway.
2: Tell her that you didn't see a shadow.
3: Tell her that you saw it and went to investigate.
