(Steve's pov)

"now I get why you chose this building to drop him off of." Sam says. Not a moment later Ava walked out on to the roof. I go to speak but she puts up her hand as a sign not to. and approaches Jasper, she grabs him by the collar and says " unless you enjoy being thrown off a roof i suggest you tell us about Zolo's algorithm." "it's a program for choosing inside targets."

"what targets?"

"you... the tv anchor in Ciro... the other secretary of defense.. the high school valedictorian in Iowa city. Burce banner, Steven strange.. anyone whose a threat to hydra. now or in the future."

"the future??"

i then ask "how could it know?"

"how could it not?!? the twenty-first century is a digital book Zolo taught hydra how to read it."

Ava then says " anything put online... any test score,phone calls, bank records, medical records, a tweet, any god damn facebook post..... they use that current information to predict who has the potential to be a threat to hydra?"

"the algorithm views peoples past to predict their future."

"what then?" i ask

"oh my god peirce is gonna kill me"

Ava then tightens her grip on his collar "not before i kill you. now what happens?!!?" she says

"then the inside helicarrier scratch people of the list.... millions at a time.".

we all then get into a car and start to drive to shield to stop the helicarriors. "Ava look before we get there-" I try to apologize but Ava cuts me off off "now is not the time Steve. besides... if you didn't trust me i wouldn't be in this car right now. but once this is over we're still gonna talk." she says all i manage is an understanding nod. "hydra doesn't like leaks." jasper says "then I subject you put a cork in it." Sam says " i can keep him quiet." Ava says making a fist. "this thing is launching in sixteen hours were cutting it a little close here." Natasha reminds me "i know. we'll use him to by pass the security scans and access security." i respond. "what? are you crazy that is a terrible terrible idea-" jasper is cut off by someone pulling him out of the car.

(Ava's pov)

jasper is thrown out of the car window and is hit by a sixteen wheeler. i then see a foot go on the roof of the car " keep driving don't stop unless i tell you to!!" i shout to Sam and climb out the window and on top on the car to meet the winter soldier face to face. he tries to attack me and i block him then he starts shooting down at the roof. i then ram myself into him knocking both of us off the roof of he car. as i get myself back up i see Sam did just as i said but the winter soldier is right on their trail. Sam only stops the car when the winter soldier is right in front of them. i run over to the car but half way there a Humvee is pushing the car down the road with increasing speed. " shit." i say to myself. i then find an abandoned car, hot wire it and follow them.

hey guys sorry it's a short one and sorry its been a while since i've updated, i had a bit of a herd time tring to figure out how this chapter would play out for Ava. i also have this week off from work so im going to update this story as well as my other ones as much as i can!
