she was shaken awake, by someone. "morning, sweetheart." her dad said. "morning." she mumbled. "today's a big day, lot of things happening." he told her. "like what?"
"well, first breakfast, the studio, your physical therapy appointment, then dinner later."
"okay, alright. i'm up." she yawned and maneuvered her way to the edge of the bed. "need help?" michael asked.
"just to the bathroom." "you really hate using that walker don't you?" "yeah, i can't wait til my leg comes in." she sighed.
she made it to the bathroom with help and did her skincare, she made her way to the closet. she picked out black athletic shorts and a 5sos shirt.
after, she hopped down the stairs and went into the kitchen. "morning sweetie." crystal greeted. she waved to her. crystal made a whole buffet, and plates were at the beginning.
"is this like a buffet line?" she asked.
"the plates are there." she pointed. "but wait, don't grab anything yet." "why?" "everyone's coming round for breakfast, it's our turn."
of course it was. every single friday, one of the families made breakfast/brunch. it was our turn this week.
"are you excited to graduate?" crystal asked, and turned around as the cinnamon rolls were cooking. "oh yeah, real fun. aunt katie is going with me to pick out a dress."
"and aunt sierra is taking me to get manicures and pedicures." "aunt kayla is taking me to get my hair done." "i don't know what else you can do."
"i'm just here."
"i know, i think—"
"where's my favorite clifford!!"
"uncle ash!!" i hobbled my way out.
"there's my favorite!" he hugged me. "how's the leg?" "it's coming next week."
he ruffled my hair, and walked farther into the house. ashton's little girl, emma was next. she was so cute.
"avi!" she squealed. "hi emmy how are you?" i asked her. "good. guess what!"
"what?" "my birfday is soon!" (yes ik i spelled 'birthday' wrong. it's a 4y/o girl talking)
"i know! how old are you turning?!" i asked her. "5!!" she held up a full hand. "i think my dad is here, wanna go say hi to him?" "yeah, uncle mikey!" she jumped into his arms.
"avi!" "hey kaden!" we did our secret handshake, i had to skip out on the leg part. we finished and i hobbled to the living room. i was getting pretty good without my leg. my right leg.
how was i supposed to drive.

physical therapy was a nightmare. i hated it, because i had it 3 times a week, for 2 hours per time. they tried to get the left leg up to date, trying to fulfill the strength in that.
her dad was with her the entire time though, always helping her stand up on the bars. she was making progress though.

next, they both went to the studio, and she sat down in her wheelchair, is what the hospital bought her, a brand new one.
her dad rolled her to the studio and then led her to where they were going to record, even though she knew everything by heart.
"angel!" luke squealed as he saw her. she waved back to him, and he gave her a hug. "how are you doing?" she just shrugged her shoulders.
"is she doing okay, mike?" luke asked michael. "yeah, why?" "she's usually all happy and bubbly, there's like none of that now." luke mentioned.
"she just had a therapy appointment, so give her some time alright?"
"therapy?!" "yes, cal, therapy."
"then why is she in a wheelchair?" cal asked.
"her leg dumbass." her dad told him, shocked.
"ohhhh, my bad!"
—later
dinner was fine, they had pasta. no one questioned why aviana had been quiet the entire time, and did question the fact that she didn't eat almost anything.
she didn't know of anything at this point in time.
such a shitty way of of ending this chapter, i am so sorry 😭
