"Eden!" I jump up off of the couch. My lips still tingle from June's lips. The fact that they're so close to me now makes me want her even more.

"Um, I missed the toilet." He leans against the dining room table, still swaying even though he's supported.

"Clean it up yourself!" I surprise myself by yelling. Why am I so pissed off?

"I-I can't even stand up!"

"Maybe you should have thought of that before you threw that party!"

"Daniel, I-"

"Am underaged? Was stupid? Yeah you were!"

"Day..." June puts her hand on my arm.

"Did you and Tess have sex Eden?"

"No! No! Goddy Daniel, no!"

I collapse back on the couch. "I'll be in there in a second." I say, barely above a whisper. He leaves the room.

"Daniel..."

"God I suck at this!" I throw a pillow across the room. It hits the window and slumps to the floor.

"No you don't Day! You did a hell of a lot better than half people would in your position!"

"I can't even keep him from throwing and damn party!"

"Day."

I look up at her with red eyes.

"You drink your coffee, I'll go clean it up, okay?"

"Okay." She gets up to go. I grab her hand and pull her down on top of me, kissing her slowly. "Gosh June why do you attack me with such brute force when you should be cleaning up puke?" My voice cracks. He hair falls into my face as she kisses me one last time before pushing herself up to go clean up.

I sit by myself on the couch before realizing what a douche I'm being and get up to go help.

I walk into the bathroom to see June on hands and knees with a wad of paper towels in her hands. Already used ones are discarded to the side, multicolored like Fruit Loops.

"You're running out of cleaning solvent. We're going to have to go out and get more." June says, using the back of her hand to wipe her hair out of her face.

"The paparazzi are still out there." I say, looking out the window.

"Day Wing." She smirks. "Been shot, lost a limb, sick, evaded death to many times to count, is scared of the paparazzi?"

I smile. "Terrified."

"Ah." She puts the soiled paper towels in the garbage. After washing her hands, she grabs mine. "Ten years rusty. We're going to have to change that."

Leading me out the door, we jog down the stairs. Noticing that we're both still in what we wore last night, I smile because she obviously doesn't care.

June reaches her hands for the lobby door. Already lights are flashing in our faces. She pushes it open and tightens her grip around my hand. It's the same as it was all those years ago. Whatever we go through, big or small, we go through it together.
