As you finished watching Mary play you were amazed at her effortless victory
"Wow Mary that was really impressive!" You told her with a high five
"Yeah I know" she said as she flipped her hair not even looking at your hand "are you ready to play with me or what?" She told you
"Well it depends what we're gonna play. My ride will be here any moment" you told her as you high five'd yourself
"Don't worry it's a quick game. It's rock paper scissors, nice and simple for your little brain!" She told you as she snapped her fingers ordering everyone to prepare the table
"Why do we need tables for rock paper scissors?" You asked her
"Let me explain it to you; this isn't any rock paper scissors this is ballot rock paper scissors. In this game the class draws either rock paper or scissors on a card and they get put into the box, then we, as the players, pick three cards out of the box and do a face off with the cards we got" she explained to you as she took a seat "how much would you like to bet up to?" She asked you
"How about we start small with 50,000 yen?" You offered her as you sat across from her "this game isn't all that so I don't think its really worth more"
"That sounds good to me! If you change your mind later on we can always bet more" she told you "we'll have 50 chips each worth 1000 yen and will play a total of 6 rounds"
"Alright so when do we start?" You asked her as you looked around
"As soon as these idiots finish with the cards" she said with a glare to the students
And with that the students finished and dropped them in the box. You and Mary picked 3 cards and started the game
Round 1:you won
Round 2: you won
Round 3: Mary won
Round 4:you won
Round 5:Mary won
Final round:
"For this round I'm gonna go a little bigger" Mary said sliding all her chips to the table
"All right" you said as you did the same without any worry
You were currently losing because even though you've won more rounds, Mary was winning the high stake rounds which you found odd
As you guys played the final round you lost and now owed her 50,000 yen
"Good game Mary" you told her as you shook her hand "I'll bring you the money tomorrow" you told her
"What, you don't have the money?" She said and the whole class laughed
"No that's not it I just don't carry cash on me" you told her
"Well there's an atm machine in the cafeteria" she told you
"Would you care to show me?" You asked her
"Ugh I have better things to do but alright let's go" she told you annoyed
As you walked down the hall you noticed a small storage room and when there was no one around pulled her in and closed the door
"Hey! What the hell you idiot!? What are you doing??" She said as she pushed you away from her
"Don't think I didn't notice Mary" you told her as you pined her to the wall with both your arms next to her head "I can see right through your tricks" you told her with a glare
"I don't know what you're talking about! Get off of me!!" She said as she tried kicking you away from her but as she lifted her leg to kick you, you wrapped your hand around her thigh and held it up next to your hip leaving you in an odd position. She had her hands on your chest pushing you away before but now, left on one leg, she had to resort to you for balance readjusting her hands around your neck
"W-what are you doing y/n!! Don't be a sore loser and put me down right now!" She told you
You and Mary were body to body and you couldn't wish to be anywhere else right now
"Mary don't think I didn't notice your little scheme you had going on" you told her as you pushed yourself onto her "I could see off of the reflection of some chicks glasses exactly what was going on"
"I-I don't know what you're talking about let me go!"
"The kid directly behind me was signaling my cards to you wasn't he?" You told her as you looking into her yellow eyes
"Why would I do that? What would be the fun!?" She told you as she tried struggling
Your grip on her thigh tightened and you moved your other hand from the wall to her waist, pushing her up against the wall more so she would stop moving around
"Maybe you just wanted some quick cash? Or maybe you wanted to humiliate me in front of everyone?" You told her
"Alright I admit! I cheated ok! Now put me down!!" She pleaded
"Only on one condition" you told her as you let go of her thigh, letting her stand on her own "you let me befriend you" you told her
"Why the hell would I do that!?" She asked you still with her arms around your neck
"Because I'm a good person" you told her as you took her arms off of you
"At least consider it" you told her opening the door to leave "and don't expect me to pay you back. You cheated so it wasn't a fair match" you told her leaving her in the storage room
