𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐓 parked her mustang next to Sam's car, and smiled as she greeted her best friend. "Hey hon! Got you a peach mango body armor." the blonde smiled as they walked into the dojo together and the two girls opened their drinks.
"Thanks." Sam smiled, when her phone rang.
Scarlett looked over her best friend's shoulder, and the two girls stopped walking. "Who is it?"
"Aisha." Sam said as she answered the call, and Scarlett put her ear up to the phone to listen.
"Please don't hang up, Aisha doesn't know I'm using her phone." Miguel said on the other line.
Sam rolled her eyes. "What do want?"
"I know I screwed up, I made a mistake, I just want things to go back to the way they were." Miguel said on the other line.
"Yeah, well, it's not that easy." Sam said.
"Look I'll do anything. I... I can't stop thinking about you." Miguel said
"Classic." Scarlett whispered
"Look, Miguel I..." Sam said as she cut herself off when she and Scarlett walked into the dojo to find Robby aggressively hitting the punching bag. "I can't talk right now. Can you just tell Aisha to call me back?" Sam ended the call and placed her phone in her bag and the two girls sat their bags down.
"We thought it was Aisha." Scarlett said
"You can talk to whoever you want." Robby said as he continued hitting the punching bag. Scarlett was taken aback by his sudden outburst, something that didn't go unnoticed by Sam.
"Hey guys." Daniel greeted cheerfully. "All right. Perfect attendance on day one." He clapped
"So what's our first lesson?" Robby asked
"You'll see. Follow me. C'mon." Daniel said, grabbing a nearby sandbag. He opened it with a knife and started drawing a circle on the ground.
"If we're gonna play in the sand, can't we just go to the beach?" Sam asked
"No, not today. It's been a long time since this dojo's had more than one student, and you figure, with two or more people, you have twice the defense, right?" They nodded their heads yes. "Wrong. One of the cornerstones of Miyagi-Do Karate is, Always moving in a circle. And with the wheel technique, you'll soon see that three people could be as strong as twenty. Now, are you ready?"
"Yes, Mr. LaRusso." Scarlett and Robby said in unison, then smiled at one another
"Let's do this." Sam smiled
"All right. Let's get in the circle." Daniel instructed, as Robby got in the circle.
"You can go first, I'll watch you guys." Sam smiled.
