"𝐈 can't believe you two went over to that dojo." Daniel said as he, Richard, Sharon, and Amanda sat in the kitchen of Richard and Sharon's Beverly Hills home. Daniel had just returned from Okinawa and brought gifts for his best friends, only to find out what happened while he was gone. "Are you both okay? Are Sam and Scarlett okay?"
"Sam's shaken up. How could she not be?" Amanda asked as she sipped her coffee
"Scarlett's shaken up as well. Pardon my French, but those little bastards choked my little girl and kicked her in the gut." Sharon said as she sipped her coffee as well. "Richard and I waited so long to have a baby and when I think about what could have happened—"
"I totally get it hon. I'm a little shaken up too, considering there's a Cape Fear level karate psycho terrorizing the neighborhood." Amanda said
"You see? It sounds crazy when you say it out loud." Daniel said
"No, sounds crazy when other people said it." Amanda said. "But now I'm saying it. Look the man is sick. He's got weapons on his walls. And his students, broke Demetri's arm."
"Wait, wait, wait. They did what?" Daniel asked, then he looked down and sighed, and got up. "I'm going over there."
"What are you gonna do when you get there?" Richard asked
"What are you going to do? Hit him? Look, it's that kind of insanity that got us into this mess. Sanity, will get us out, ok? We're gonna stop him. We have to." Amanda said. "But we have to do it mine and Sharon's way."
"Well, what's your's and Sharon's way?" Daniel asked.
"Going to the police."

Scarlett parked her mustang in the parking lot of the Santa Monica Condo complex, in which her aunt Ali now lived. After the incident at Golf N'Stuff, Richard and Sharon both agreed she needed to get out of Cobra Kai's sight for a few days, so she decided she would stay with Ali. After grabbing her over night bag, she locked her mustang, and walked towards the building. Upon walking inside the building, she got on the elevator and took it up to the seventeenth floor where her aunt lived. She knocked on the door and waited for her aunt to answer.
Ali opened the door, which revealed her niece. "There's my beautiful niece!" the blonde beamed. "Come on in."
Scarlett smiled as she returned her aunt's embrace, then walked inside. "Hi aunt Ali, I've missed you so much."
Ali smiled as she tightly embraced her niece, who tightly embraced her as well. "I've missed you too honey. Now you can see me whenever you want. I'm here to stay. Go ahead and go get settled in and we'll go get dinner."
