𝐀𝐒 the sun shone, Daniel opened the doors to Miyagi-Do, his headband tied around his head. The students of Miyagi Do and Engle Fang reunited with their friends, everyone looked back up to Daniel, who was looking at someone coming through the gate.
Johnny walked in, his signature black headband tied around his head. He made eye contact with Daniel and the two men nodded at each other, almost as though they respected each other. Johnny walked over and stood next to Daniel. The two turned and bowed to the kids who all bowed back.
"You ready?" Daniel asked
"Let begin!" Johnny instructed
There was an awkward silence to say the least. The students looked at one another, until Demetri raised his hand. "Uh, begin what, exactly?"
"Begin a new era." Daniel said, as he glanced at Johnny, then at the students. "Many of us used to be enemies. But rivalries, don't need to last forever. The All Valley Tournament is just a few months away, and this year, the stakes are higher than they've ever been. We know that Cobra Kai is gonna use every dirty trick in the book. There's only one way we're gonna be able to beat them. By—"
"By kicking their asses so hard, they shit themselves." Johnny interrupted, then walked in front of the class.
A perplexed Scarlett glanced at Miguel and Sam, who gave her the same expression. Johnny's comment made Logan chuckle, and Maudie elbowed him.
"We gotta take things to the next level. Gonna teach you an aggression stronger than anything Cobra Kai can throw at us. They strike first? We'll pre-strike." Johnny said as he completely ignored the brunette
"Okay, we're getting ahead of ourselves. We are going to respond to what they do." Daniel said.
"Eagles do not respond. They swoop down and take whatever they want. That's what we're gonna do. Take back the Valley." Johnny said
"Take it back in a measured and organized approach." Daniel corrected
"We bite first!" Johnny exclaimed
Daniel let out a sigh of frustration. "Okay, let's just warm up with some simple exercises."
"All right, line up!" Johnny instructed, as the Eagle Fangs moved around until they were standing in two rows.
"Just breathe, and follow me." Daniel said. "Remember deep breaths in through the nose."
"Fighting positions! Right leg back." Johnny instructed. "Front kick ready. Hi-yah!"
The Eagle Fangs all did a front kick, only for Mitch to kick Nathaniel in the back, making him fall to the ground. Scarlett turned her head to make sure he was okay. "Nate, are you okay?" she asked
