16. Blinding lights

Hyunjins pov:

I arrived at Taehyungs place at 18.30. He wanted all of his friends to arrive to his place before the party, so he could show us all the best things in the party. I was nervous, but also excited. This was going to be fun. This time I wouldn't let Taehyung ruin my evening with Felix and my other friends.

I saw Changbin stepping out from the car of his mother. I waved at him and he waved back. He walked to me in his halloween costume. He had dressed up as a zombie. He had his face painted white, fakeblood in his face, hands and clothes and he also wore white contacts, that made him look like he was blind. It was a really impressive costume.

"Hey Changbin! Wow, your costume looks really cool!" I complimented.

"Thanks, Hyunjin, but it isn't better than yours." he said and glanced me from head to toes with an admiring look.

I had decided to dress up as  a mixing of a vampire and Michael Jackson. My first thought was dress up as a vampire, but then I thought it was too basic. Because I really admired Michael Jacksons music and dancing skills, I decided to mix those two. I had the same type of clothes that Michael Jackson used to wear, but I also had many features of a vampire. Pale skin and sharp canine teeth made me look like a real vampire.

"Thanks! I like it too. Should we go inside?" I asked. He nodded an walked to the door. I knocked the door, but nobody opened it. I tried the doorknob, and the door opened. We stepped in and the first thing we heard was:

"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?? WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS COSTUME, KIM SEUNGMIN?!"

We saw Taehyung arguing with Seungmin. His costume was really amazing. He had dressed up as a demon. He had horns in his head, dark leathery clothes and a sceptre in his hand. He looked really scary and attractive.

Seungmin had dressed up as Pororo, a penguin from a children show Pororo, the Little Penguin. He looked supr cute in his costume but Taehyung didn't seem to like it at all. Hongjoong, Ni-ki and our other friends were standing a couple of meters further and watched the two guys arguing.

"WHAT ARE YOU, A FIVE YEAR OLD? DIDN'T I TELL YOU?? THERE'S GOING TO BE GIRLS IN THE PARTY AND WE SHOULD IMPRESS THEM!"

"Sexy guys aren't the only type of guys girls like. Many girls want something cute." Seungmin said calmly. His face was emotionless, but his eyes looked like he was about to start crying.

"Seungmin! That costume is so cute!" I said to him before Taehyung started shouting again. I walked to Seungmin and pulled him into a quick hug. I whispered to his ear:

"Don't care what that dickface says to you. That costume is really cool."

I released him from the hug and he smiled a little bit.

"Whatever, if you embarrass yourself, it's your own fault! Come on, let's go."  Taehyung gave all of us a sign to follow him.

Taehyungs house was even bigger than mine, and it was decorated to fit the theme of Halloween. All the lights were off, but there was many colored lights and a gigantic discoball in the ceiling of the hall. Some of the staff members were erecting a bar counter and there was also a buffet table full of food. There was pizza, sushi, fried chicken and a lot more. There was also a table for the desserts. 

Taehyungs mother was talking with a male person I didn't recognize at first. He was dressed fancily, like a real pop-star. Then I recognized him. It was Jackson Wang, the DJ of this party. I noticed how Changbin started to shake like crazy next to me, when he saw him. I chuckled to the little fanboy next to me.
