Bruce's Constraint

'I guess we're all doing this, aren't we? Fine, I'll play along.' Bruce said, marching up to this glorified puddle. The sooner we get out of this shitty forest, the better. Why had he even agreed to tag along? It was clear that the rest of them didn't want him here. But Sabrina had insisted. How could he say no?

True, Sabrina was a babe. But how was he supposed to know that she was looking for something so serious? He had hit the jackpot, that was for sure. But at what price? He would have settled for someone like Heidi. Winona wasn't too bad either, if she weren't batshit crazy. And then there was Jeremy, sad little fellow he was. Gay best friend. Who was he even trying to fool?

Nah, this wasn't worth it. As soon as this holiday was over, he would find a way to break up with Sabrina. Taste some of the freedom he now so badly longed for. But only after the holiday, perhaps before that they could enjoy each other's company a bit more.

Let's see... a wish. I... Sure, let's go with that. He chuckled to himself before yeeting his quarter in the water.
