Alisha walked downstairs to see cars getting loaded with fruit and gifts.

Soon the bride came dressed in a green lehenga for mehendi (henna) and got seated in one of the Toyota. Dadi came and sat with her. Alisha thought to join them but the car was filled with some much stuff so she thought to go and adjust to the other one.

She walked towards others to see them too filled with stuff, she was worried about whether she would be able to reach the venue today.

She was unhappy that's when some people came and took out some packages from the bride's car making space for one more at the back so she thought to go there but soon her stepmother ran there and took the seat.

She was upset so she came near the window of their car and started ranting her sadness in front of them

"Didi mai kesi aaugi?" She said with her pouting face to melt them.

(Grandma how I'll come?)

"Tumhara pati kese aayege?" Replied her dadi not getting melted.

(How your husband will come?)

"Apni car se" replied Alisha with twinkling eyes.

(By his car)

"Toh tum apni pati ke sath aana," said Dadi while dodging all that.

(So you also come with your husband)

"Par dadi.." Alisha tried to say anything more but was cut off.

(But grandma..)

"Di samne wali seat Khali.." said Moni only on earnings glances from dadi.

(Sis the passenger seat is empty..)

"Yaha nacho bathega!" Replied Dadi in a loud voice more like a command.

"Lekin voh bhi toh Ace ke sath aaskata hai na" replied Alisha while trying to butter up Dadi but she didn't listen to her once.

Soon a honk from a car made them turn their head towards it. And it was none other than Ace in his luxurious car which was much better than the car they were sitting in.

"Jao uske sath Anna," said Dadi while turning her face away from Alisha indicating that her puppy faces do not affect her.
