Chapter 14

Third person pov

"Who did this?" Ace asked calmly controlling his anger, trying not to scare her.

She kept her head low don't know what to say. Actually she don't how to name those womens as they look like guest.

Ace's patience is running out of time. He held her jaw in a gentle grip and made her face him. They made a eye contact but Alisha breaked it immediately.

"How long you're gonna take? Whole day?" He said sarcastically.

"They were two women"

"And?"

"One was younger than other looks like mother and daughter?" She said more like questioned herself.

"Oh I got it" he said comes like whisper trying his best not to bust out.

"Mom!"he screamed when he saw his mother entering the room.

"Ace calm down listen to I know you gave me her responsibility but you know I just left for few seconds that's when both mother and daughter breaked inside. I shooed her away. You know them right, they wanted you to do something that will ruin your day but I'll not let that happen. So please calm down." She trying to explain the whole situation with calming him down.

Ace's anger reached it's peak and he started to punch on the wall opposite to Alisha. He continued punching with his hand bleeding making a hole in the wall.

Seeing this Alisha got really scared so was Ace's mother. She took the little girl out side closing the door behind.
Walking away from the room they can hear sound of throwing and damaging furniture.

While walking away from those sound Ace's mother tried to make situation normal.

"Alisha why don't you go and rest at the mansion. You must be very tried after the flight and ceremony. I'll have Nacho drop you." She said sounding like nothing happened.

As Alisha don't know what to say to her new mother-in-law she nodded but still some words left her mouth unknowingly.

"Why don't you also came with me?"

"Baby there are a lot of things that you don't know now but with you know the answer" with that she left going towards Nacho, who is currently talking to some business partners.

She went towards him, excusing there conversation. She whispered something near nacho's ear , in which returned with nodding. Alisha standing there watching them when she spotted a man who she didn't wanted to exist in her sight again.

Her gready father.

He is eating all the item served in buffet. His plate is filled with so much food making a little hill of food in the centre of the plate.

And here Alisha can't get water down her throat thinking about her father selling her. In Indian wedding, father don't even eat the day, in sadness of there daughter going away for them. And here he is eating like a fat pig.

She started to walk towards him making Nacho and Ace's mother seeing her actions. He also made eye contact with her but breaked it to continue eating his food. She stand in front of him ans asked him sarcastically.

"How's food?"

"Good , they really spend a lot of money" he said shamelessly taking another bite, looking at the decorations and arrangements.

"Then why don't you try some drinks too" she said making him confused.

But later explain but her actions, emptying the whole glass of some drink on her father that a waiter was carrying away for guests.
