"Hey Ino-chan," I called as I stepped into the Yamanaka flower shop, seeing the blonde standing behind the counter with her mom.

"Hey Naruto-kun, are you ready to help me with training cause I'm having trouble with my kunai and shuriken throwing," Ino called back, before running over and giving me a tight hug.

"Of course and if you get that down, I'll teach you something I learned a while back," I offered, patting her on the head as she hugged me.

"Really! Well come on then let's get started," she excitedly responded before grabbing my arm and dragging me out of the shop and all the way to a training ground in the Yamanaka compound.

'I'm so glad I knocked her out of the fangirl phase she had started, otherwise she wouldn't want anything to do with training and would probably spend all of her time on her looks. I feel bad that her friend Sakura didn't follow her lead and focus more on being a ninja over boys,' I thought as I followed her dutifully through the compound.

"I know right. If she had stayed on that path you probably wouldn't be friends anymore and she definitely wouldn't be in the running to become one of your wives. She would be so weak and snobbish," Kurama agreed readily, shivering at just the thought of it.

She let my arm go as we reach the destination before she ran off into a house that butted up against the field for a few minutes and came back with weapons she needed. I just stood, waiting for her return because the field already had targets set up.

"So the trick to throwing weapons is grip and throwing technique. For kunai, you want to grip it like this to start out and you want to release like this. For shuriken, you want to grip it like this and release them like this," I explained, while showing my exact grip and slow motion for the throwing forms. "Now these are the basic forms. Once you master those you can do more advanced techniques. And if you have any questions, let me know, but I will watch and tell you if you're doing anything wrong."

"Ok let me try that, I think I've mostly been gripping them wrong," she said after watching my demonstrations intently.

We went on like this for a few hours, her throwing her weapons, me pointing out flaws and giving advice, praising her when she managed to get a good shot, and so on until she got a good grasp on everything.

"Ok, I say we wrap this up and you can practice some more of this on your own since you have the techniques down. Now would you like to learn the other thing I had planned for this training session," I stopped her after she went to pick up her weapons from the range and teased her about my lesson as I knew she would be thrilled to find out what it was.

"Yes, of course I want to find out what you want to teach me cause I know it will be useful," she pouted playfully, setting her weapons down by the back door to the house before coming back over to me.
