Madison's POV

After we got off the plane, we all walked through the airport as a team, to who was picking us up. My sister was there to pick me and Ella up.

"CHARLOTTEEEEE!" I yelled as I ran to her giving her a big hug.

The team chorused a load of 'awww's' behind me, but I ignored them all.

"MADIIII!" She replied.

"I missed you! It's been way too long!"

"I missed you too,"

"So this is the team. You already know Ella and Georgia," I said introducing her to the team.

"Hello," Everyone said.

"Good game last night guys. You guys were so good," She said.

"It was all her," Lucy said pointing at me.

"It was a team effort," Me and Charlotte said at the same time.

"Wait is that really Lucy Bronze!" Charlotte whispered to me.

"Yep. Go say hi!" I whispered back.

"No way,"

"Why not?"

"I'm too nervous," she whispered. "Alright. Let's go Mom and Dad are waiting," She said to me and Ella.

"Okay. Come on, Ella,"

"Bye, guys!" Ella yelled to the team.

"Bye," Everyone replied.

"Hey Madison," Lucy said stopping me from leaving.

"What's up, Luc?"

"Come here,"

"Okay..." I said dropping my bags and following her.

"Is your sister single?"

"Lucy!"

"Is she?"

"Married with a child,"

"Okay. Bye,"

"Lucy, why would you even ask that?" Rachel Daly asked her as I walked away.

"What?"

"I can't with you," Ellen White said.

I ran back over to Ella and Charlotte.

"What was that about?" Charlotte asked.

"Don't worry about it," I replied.

Ella just laughed because I think she had an idea of what just happened.

-----

"I'm going to go in there and see if my daughter is still awake. You guys take your time I bet you're shattered," Charlotte said as we pulled into the drive.

"Thanks for the ride, Char. We'll be in in a sec." I replied.

"Yeah. Thank you, Charlotte," Ella said.

"Any time. See you inside,"

"I can't believe I left here as a uni student and came back as a professional football player. I dreamed of this." I said.

"Why am I nervous?" She asked me.

"What?"

"I'm nervous to go in there with your family,"

"Why? Ella Toone never gets nervous. Not before a game, never. My parents will be delighted to see you. When I texted them on the way here they said you're always welcome. You're a likeable person. My parents aren't mean people, you know this."
