"As a boy, even I dreamed sometimes of being not a Stark of Winterfell, but a Dayne of Starfall." Ned admitted. " Legend has it that the Dornish founder of House Dayne followed a falling star to where it hit the ground. And there, he raised his castle."

"A fantastic story, I know it well." Zaria agreed "House Dayne has a relic to prove it. Dawn."

"The most famous sword in Westeros." Ned added. Zaria smiled at the memory of home.

"Starfall is still the most beautiful place in the world."

It is located at the mouth of the River Torentine, downriver from Blackmont and the High Hermitage.

Starfall is so-called because of a meteor, referred to as a "fallen star," which fell out of the sky nearby, almost two thousand years ago. The Daynes forged a sword out of the meteorite ore, called "Dawn," which is as resilient and formidable as a Valyrian steel weapon in combat.

"Everyone thought that My father was to be burried with that blade." Zaria added. Ned paled. "The one he was killed with. I thought it was a waste of blade. I have it now."

"Lady zaria-"

"You did what you thought was right. So did he. I know you are said to be an honorable man so i know it was a fair fight". Zaria went on and ned felt sick. "I dont hold ill will towards you. Not anymore. It was a long time ago im sure we have both changed a lot. And... Your family seems lovely."

"Thank you and... im sorry. Im so sorry lady Zaria."

'Rough night imp?' Sandor questioned fixing his boots.

'If I get through this without scratching one end or the other it will be a miracle.'  Tyrion told him drunkenly, his head was spinning, he hated the north.

'Didn't pick you for a hunter.'

'I am the greatest in the land my spear never misses.' he said drunkenly, his words slurred.

'It's not hunting if you pay for it.' Sandor remarked getting up as Tyrion closed his eyes again leaning against the stables.

"Hi sandor you coming too?" Aeron questioned. Sandor had been at casterly rock with zaria when she was a child before her impending union with jaime. They had became friends in the land of golden lions. Zaria was grateful for sandor always trying to look out for her boys

"Your mum letting you?" Sandor countered

"Im a man."

"Since when?" Sandor laughed back

"Im ten tomorrow." Aeron reminded him

"And that makes you a man?"

"I think so."

"Becoming a man means taking a woman and-"

"Sandor!" Zaria demanded pulling aeron back. Maybe he wasnt the best of influences on them but he had a good heart. "Lets not speak such ways."

"Not a man before his first fuck." Sandor corrected

"My baby is turning ten hes not a man. You are not a man you are my baby." Zaria corrected kissing aerons head.

"Have another baby so im not the baby anymore." Aeron suggested

"You will always be my baby." Zaria corrected.

"Can i got for the hunt?"

"As long as your father goes i dont mind."

"Da-AD!" Aeron shouted. "Move it come on!"

'I know what I'm putting you through. Thank you for saying yes. I only ask you because I need you. You're a loyal friend. You hear me? A loyal friend. The last one I've got." Robert remarked

'I hope I'll serve you well.' Ned told him.

'You will. And dont worry about dayne shes harmless. Nice to look at too..." robert added. Ned could never say sorry enough for killing her father. He was sure if roles were reserved ned would hold a grudge like robert did. Maybe not as much as robert hated the targaryens. "I'll make sure you don't look so fucking grim all the time. Come on, boys, let's go kill some boar!" Ned nodded goodbye to Bran as the riding party headed off.

' Come on, you.' Bran instructed summer as she ran away from Ned and towards Bran.

"Mum i cant find him." Aeron whined

"I can look out for your boys." Ned offered. "If that would be alright with you..."

"Please," aeron pleaded. "I really want to go. An early name day gift! Please mama! I will be careful!"

"Alright. Thank you lord stark."

"Come on Aeron." Ned extended a hand to him

"Thanks mum!" Aeron agreed running off.

"Arthur-"

"Look out for your brother. I know." Arthur assured.

"Thank you. Be safe! Have fun!" Zaria called after them. She peered around where was that man? He loved to show off.

Bran was moving from gargoyle to gargoyle with the ease of long practice when he heard the voices. He was so startled he almost lost his grip. The First Keep had been empty all his life. No one went up here but him.

"I do not like it," a woman was saying. He couldnt see who it was but the voice was drifting out of the window on the side. "You should be the Hand."

"Gods forbid," Jaime replied lazily. "It's not an honor I'd want. There's far too much work involved."  Bran hung, listening, suddenly afraid to go on. They might glimpse him, if he tried to swing by he did not want to risk it. So he hung nervously.

"Don't you see the danger this puts us in?" Cersei hissed. "Robert loves the man like a brother."

"Robert can barely stomach his brothers. Not that I blame him. Stannis would be enough to give anyone indigestion." Jaime corrected.

"Plus Dayne is being all chummy with them. Just encouraging- did you see them together? Shes cheating on you." Cersei decided. "The way she looked at stark."

"Zaria isnt cheating on me." Jaime gave her a pointed look. "Ned killed her father. She is trying to be the bigger person."

"Well she certainly has gained weight since we left." Cersei agreed jaime knew better than to say zaria was pregnant it would only fuel cerseis rage.
