Soph, Daphne and I were sitting in the 3 broomsticks drinking our butter beers and having a good time. "I feel like it hasn't been just you and me since you and Xavier got together." I smiled as I picked up my heavy jug of butter beer. Sophia smirked, "He takes up all my freetime." She teased. I scoffed rolling my eyes. Daphne removed the jug from her face as she looked at us. She made both me and Sophia laugh as she has a beer moustache on her upper lip.

After having our session of belly laughs we decided to head out and go for a little stroll around hogsmeade. It wasn't as packed as usual, it was a chilly out and flu season. So most students were in their common rooms or busy studying in the library. Come to think of it, I haven't been in there for a while.

"So, Serene. We talk a shit ton about Xav and I. What about you and James, how's that going for you?" Sophia says. "I really want to know the intell," Daphne added. I sighed as we both sat down under a tree. "Well, our relationship is pretty standard."
"Well is he good in bed? Give us all the details!" Daphne pushed.

I scoffed as Sophia started to chant, "Okay! Okay, relax. And I don't know how he is in bed, I'm still..." I lowered my voice as I pulled the girls closer to me, "A virgin." I finished barely uttering a word.

Daphne almost gasped as Sophia looked at me in utter shock. "I knew you were a virgin, but I thought after you and James started dating you'd had your first time?" Sophia stated. "How are you still a virgin, you're utterly stunning. And I heard, you're currently pretty high on the boys 'Want List.' " Daphne tells me. Before I could comprehend the want list that Daphne was talking about, Sophia cut me off. "Well, James does seem rather happy. Not getting any of his needs fulfilled. I wonder how," she trails off.

I blink in confusion, why wouldn't he be happy? And I told him to wait until I felt comfortable. "Well, I mean he's stop asking for sex, so I just assumed that he had understood that I was searching for the right moment, and the right person of course." I say. "He's stopped asking you, and he seems happy?" Daphne stated.

She gave Sophia and look and Sophia gritted her teeth awkwardly. I look from Daphne to Sophia in a frantic pace, "What, what am I missing?" I stamper. Sophia sighs before saying, "Don't freak out," she starts. And my heart starts beating faster than it should when those words came out of her mouth, "I think... James might be getting his pleasures fulfilled with someone else." She finished.

I felt like the world had slowed down, and not in a good way. I had slowly connected the dots a little. James and his sex drive had gone radio silent, or at least I thought.
"Don't over think it! It's just an assumption-"
"No you guys, I think I'm going to go on a walk." I blurt out as I start to walk away from the girls towards Hogwarts.

My mind was running wild as I thought about it over and over. James said he loved me, James said he was loyal to me and would wait for me. He couldn't, could he? I shook off the feeling as I decide to search for him. I enter the common room and see his usual friends there, sitting in our regular spot by the fireplace. I walk over, "Have you guys seen James anywhere?" I ask Theo quietly.

He turns his head to me and nods, "Yeah, he seemed pretty aroused and said he's heading off down that way. I assumed he was going to look for you." Theodore tells me.

Aroused? I thank Theo and walk in the direction of where he pointed at. I tried not to think about it, but I just needed answers. I just needed to know if James was really a cheater. But as I rounded the corner, I saw what I thought I could only see in my nightmares.

"James." I breath. I was in utter shock, disbelief that he would even think about cheating on me. He didn't hear me the first time as he back was faced to me but the blonde girl who he was making out with definitely saw me as her eyes went bloodshot and wide. "Why aren't you kissing me back?" He asks through a flirty chuckle.

She didn't say anything, she just continued to stare at me. James noticed that she wasn't even paying attention to him and turned around, and I saw the smirk on his face fade away and fear covered his eyes. I felt the tears start to bubble in my eyes, I felt my breathing start to burst. But I wasn't going to collapse to the floor and sob, not in front of him.
"Serene-"
"Don't even think about it." I cut him off, my tone was sinister, a tone I don't think I've ever heard come out of my usually sweet mouth. I was stunned to when I walked closer to him, "Don't even think about ever trying to talk to me, because I swear I will rip every strand off your head clean out of your scalp." I threatened.

And with that I turned back the way I came, and when everything hit me, the tears started to pour down my cheeks. I walk back into the common, the boys are still there and they slightly see me and have a look of confusion over their faces. But I don't want to face either of them. I need my friend, I need Draco.
