CHAPTER 19

"Is he gonna get better soon?" Arthur asked my mother,

My ears barely listening,

my mind all fuzzy.

Mother said nothing in response, As if she didn't even hear him.

Well obviously I am going to get better from whatever happened to me,

Wait...What happened to me? , the  last thing I remember is playing Football (Soccer) With my father,

and then...It felt like I was flying,

I have never experienced it yet,

but that's how it felt like, I was in a rush to do it, so it had to be urgent.

Wait why was I in a rush?I don't think these were my feelings..

.And then it all connected, the memory that I saw wasn't mine,

it was to someone else whom I am connected to,

which is obviously Aurora.

But did she intend to show it to me?

She probably didn't, so she's still mad with me.

Al least she's still alive tho,

somewhere out there, she didn't even contact for quite sometime to be honest.

But why was she in a rush, and where is "that place" that she heading to this fast,

she was clearly stressed out, she even ket the barrier connecting our thoughts down for a quick moment,

before it got back to work again..Is it about Agrona,

Something Of Kezzes,

at this point no such difference should exist,

according to Agrona's plans everything is going all right...

Kezzes is not really planning to do anything at all, not on the short term that I know off...

So what is it?

"He's moving his eyes Mom, I think he has awoken all ready?" Arthur said.

" if you're awake open your eyes all ready, we are worried about you" Mom said.

"Can't a person have some sleep here, come on chill, I am fine ok?" I said lazily, wanting to keep thinking about the previous matter.

"That's my child, see Alice I told you he's fine, he was just probably tired a bit, and he blacked out" My father said,
proudly.

How would someone consider a blackout a thing to be proud off?

"Tom, Honey you need to get a rest, ok don't press on yourself with that job of yours,

or else I think I ll speak to Gojo about firing you, at least that would make you feel better " Mom said.

"A job ?  You didn't tell me that you had one " Arthur said.

"Well A man has got to keep some secrets now isn't?" I said.Arthur, Alice and Reynolds were left silent trying to look unaffected but the sudden uncontrollable movement of Mana in them made it a bit more obvious rather to me than anyone else that they are not so happy what I had just said.

.And my Father has left the room quickly humming to the air some words, one of them Being 'Toilet".

"But sometimes he has to share this with other people that Care about him and try to make them less stressed" Mom said.

This seems more like an indirect message specially sent for me.

"Yes, yes that's also good" I said laughing it off.

My father who just got back seemed to feel the stress in the situation, so he said :

"How about we get some tea, Tabitha has just arrived with Vincent and they are saying some one wants to speak to you"  signaling towards Mom.

"Me?" Mom said.

"Nah the kids behind you" Father said.

So she's finally here.

And so Mom got out just after usint a bit more healing magic,

to ensure that I am totally safe,
even though I had already confirmed to her that I am totally fine.

So Arthur and I followed her to the sitting room  : "So what kind of a job exactly are you doing a 9-5 ?"

"Nah, That's just a cover for my training, the guy that owns the Place allowed me to come and train a bit with him,

and I accepted that,

he thinks he owes me because I asked Vincent to get him The license.

"Good story I guess, how's your core progress so far?" Arthur asked with interest clear in his head,

He wants a comparaison.

"I am at solid yellow, at this point" I said proudly.

"Your progress is way way faster than mine, have you got a secret up your sleeve partner, I am still at dark orange so far" Arthur mentioned.

"I haven't got really a secret trick my dear brother, it's just that I am way more talented than you hhhh" I laughed maniacally.

"Ohoo you seem to have become a bit arrogant now, should I remind you that I am the big bro" The Middle aged man said sounding like an immature version of him.

"Are you truly older than 30, man?" I asked sarcastically.

"Are you still a virgin?" He answered calmly.

And of course as we just got in the sitting room,Cynthia Goodsky, one of the strongest mages, Dicathen had ever had Was waiting for our arrival.

"I have heard a lot about you two from Vincent over here, So I really want to  test to the truth of his words ."

She said calmly reminding  me of those nobles in the movies and books.

"And who are you" My brother asked with a questioning tone, I could tell he was trying to check her core level.

"Allow me to introduce myself, I am Cynthia Goodsky the manager of the best academy in  Sapin, and today I am here to examine whether should I enregistrer you in it or not, serving my old Friend here Vincent who helped us in lots of previous times.

Now I shall put your level to the test, I have heard you have already fought in the backyard, how about we go and have a try out there "

I could see the maid who had just got her garden back in full health swear as low pitched as she could.

After Heading to the backyard with Cynthia following us.

She announced the beginning of the test, she told us to fight together against her, so it's a 2vs1.And now she's about to get cooked by our perfect duo
 
" Hey brother, let's show her some class " Arthur said. " Sure man, the perfect duo is back again " I said
