Mpumi and I are meeting up with Qwawe at one of my dad's restaurant in Sandton. It's a little bit further from our workplace but I wanted us to meet here. This restaurant is in my name so it's my favourite.

"When is he coming? He's four minutes late." Mpumi stares at her wristwatch. I finally told her about being in charge of the hotel deal and she was very excited.

Speak of the devil and the devil shall appear, Qwawe walks to us in a three piece blue velvet suit. He takes long strides with his hands in his pocket. He's looking so yummy. When he sits down I get a whiff of his cologne. My body always reacts to him and I want a piece of him right now.

"You're late." Mpumi snaps me from my dirty thoughts. Qwawe isn't moved by Mpumi's words. In fact he acts like he didn't hear her.

"Good morning ladies. What do you have for me?" He stares at me while asking the question and I pick up my coffee and take a sip. Why is he staring at me like that? He's going to get me in trouble.

"So I collected some data about the hotel and discovered that their profit dropped about 5% in the past year compared to the previous years. So that makes it's worth a little lower than the amount it's worth because when you buy it you have to start with the marketing and all." Mpumi tells her. She studied everything and now she knows it by head. She's not holding any report because she already knows it. Qwawe nods.

"What about the owner? Is he willing to sell?" I feel like he's just distracting Mpumi with that question because that's his job to find out. My friend is not fazed though.

"Not willingly. He's willing to negotiate though. I explained to him how in the next five years the hotel won't exist anymore because of the potential risk available. There's another hotel that opened last year, thirty minutes away from Royal Blue and they offer better services than this one. I also made him not think of looking for investors because the money we are offering him is more than this hotel is worth. I have a question though. Are you sure on adding another ten percent to the initial price? Isn't that loss on your side? Unless you have money to waste."

"No you tell me. Adelaide what do you think about the additional ten percent?" He ask me. He knows very well my mind is not here even though I am listening.

"I think that if the hotel is renovated and marketed well then we are going to make enough profit to cover any losses." I explains.

"We? Did you forget that we are just legally advising him but not actually buying the hotel?" I forgot that Mpumi doesn't know I'll be owning half of the hotel.

"Slip of tongue."

"Do you have anything I can add to the contract?" Mpumi ask him.

"Fifty percent of the hotel, I'm gifting it to someone." He was really being serious? I thought he'll change his mind or something.

"Who?"

"Adelaide knows them. She'll add their name to the contract. If you don't have anything more to discuss I would like to leave." He didn't order anything and he's already leaving?

"You can always emails us if you have anything to add but I think we are done here." Mpumi says and he nods before standing up.

"Have a good day ladies." He walk out. Being hidden sucks. He can't even give me a kiss.

"He's so hot. I can't believe I didn't melt in his presence." Mpumi fans herself.

"He's just average."
