April 19th, 2025. Innerworld, Phillian Provincial Capital, Amorain.

An AMC chief wanders on the deck of the Uss Abraham Lincoln, staring over the side of the carrier, watching the lake bed kick up dirt as the ship's oversized outdated engines dig into the bottom. She stares at the mysterious serpents hugging the engines for warmth only removing themselves from them when a larger serpent scares them off.

The chief moves away from the railing. She moves to the stairs that lead to the deck. Climbing the stairs, a strong gust of wind causes her hat to fly up onto the deck and a large shadow passes over. She quickens her pace stepping onto the deck, staring at a winged beast flying above. The massive creature looks to have a large tent on its back, with massive chains attached to its feet and neck. The chief clenches her fist, from instinct, causing it to glow, she points her arm at the reptilian beast. Before she opens her palm to release a beam of light, an F-35 style jet fighter flies up next to it. She lowers her hand and watches the two dance in the sky. The bottom of the jet opens up and three missiles drop from it, igniting their engines and flinging themselves at the dragon, perforating the top. The dragon screams before plummeting to the water below. A massive splash of water erupts when it hits the surface. She watches in amazement at the display, watching the jet hover down onto the deck. American marines and an unknown officer, shouting at the emerging pilot in an African language, walk up to the aircraft. The chief looks on at the scene before hearing a voice behind her.

MIZAKI: Chief Manner, there you are.

She walks up to her, a little out of breath.

MIZAKI: The ambassador wants to talk to you.

Manner looks down at Mizaki

MANNER: We have radios for a reason.

MIZAKI: We tried to call you, but you left your radio in your room.

Manner goes to pick up her hat only to see it being handed to her. She looks at the person with fear shooting through her body.

ATLAS: I believe this is yours.

Manner stays frozen, unable to move her body. Stuck staring at the silver haired girl who bested her with horrifying power. Mizaki runs in front of the chief, readying herself in a battle stance. The girl wearing BDUs and a long brimmed hat, stares at the pair in confusion. The tension is broken with a voice.

YINSON: That is a bad idea.

Yinson runs up behind them with the ambassador following close behind. Yinson takes the chief's hat out of Atlas's hand.

YINSON: Sorry about that, these two are a little jittery after a monster attack that happened back in our world.

MIZAKI: Yinson don't you know who that is.

Mizaki shouts at her, the ambassador interjects and whispers to her.

AMBASSADOR: She has been assigned to us as an escort to make sure we don't do anything dangerous during the proceedings. So we need to tread lightly unless we want to be turned into paste.

The situation calms down with the ambassador's words. Yinson talks with Atlas, while Mizaki and the ambassador try to snap Manner out of her trance. Manner continues to stare at the woman, slowly replacing her fear with anger. Her anger starts to boil over at the woman that she lost her pride and arm to. She pushed aside the two, walking with a brisk pace clenching her fist, before they could react, she pushed aside Yinson and opened her hand in Atlas's face, causing a beam of light to shoot into her face. Atlas falls to the deck unmoving, the Mato delegation restrains the chief as she continues to try and attack her. The group loses their grip on her as a marine tackles the chief, followed by two more piling on her. The rest of the delegation raises their hands as more soldiers run up pointing their rifles at them. The marines force them on the ground and restrain them, all the while Manner is trying to throw off the marines who tackled her. She is knocked unconscious, when the marine on top of her pistol whips her. A group of MPs run up to the scene. The marines flip her onto her back, as one of the MPs walk up with 29-9 hand restraints and cuffs the chief. The MP pulls up the lever to lock the restraints, causing a pulse of electricity to surge through the chief's body. This jolt wakes up the chief but before she fully regains consciousness, an MP shoots her with a tranquilizer. She slumps and the marine carries her down to the brig.

The rest of the delegation is released, the marines walk back over to the jet, leaving just the MPs to watch over the delegation. Mizaki and Yinson step in front of the ambassador, staring down the MPs. The MPs ignore them and gather around the still unmoving Atlas, unsure on what to do next. An MP takes out a flashlight and crouches down by her. He shines the light at the hole that formed on her face, Suddenly the girl springs back to life and starts to freak out. When she stands up Yinson and Mizaki notice the metal skeleton peering out of the hole with a blood-like substance pouring out. The delegation and MPs stood still with astonishment that she was alive. Atlas is restrained and escorted down to the hangers by newly arrived soldiers from the 43rd Engineering Hells Bells division. The MPs and Mato delegation give each other astonished looks, uncertain what to do.

Besides the scuffle with the delegation from Mato, the proceedings proceed between the former members of NATO and the newly formed GDA. Along with any of the dimensions that got caught in between the two alliances. As the day wore on, the French contingent representing NATO in the proceedings notices the lack of any Russian Republic personnel, but they brush it off as the signing proceeds.

After the treaty is signed and NATO is officially dissolved, the leader of the French contingent walks over to his American counterparts, who are partaking in conversation with representatives from the Gods Dimension. One of the Americans notices him walking up and whispers to his supervisor. The supervisor then nods and quickly ends the conversation with the Interdimensionals. He then motions to the Frenchman to quicken his pace, which he does dutifully. Upon reaching the group, he is immediately brought into a huddle. As the American begins to whisper.

AD: How soon can your government ratify the GDA charter?

This question baffles the Frenchman as he was unaware of any motion in his government to do so.

FD: Pardon?

The American puts his arm around his shoulders pulling him closer.

AD: After this little show is over you are to inform your government to quickly join the GDA, to help convince the former NATO members on the fence to join.

The Frenchman couldn't believe the audacity that his counterpart had.

FD: You're out of you-

Before he could speak, the American, shoved an envelope into his suit pocket and continued speaking.

AD: Russia was never suppose to be a full term ally, and our conflict with you was a miscommunication of drastic proportions. The plan was to lull the Russians into a false sense of security and enticing the power hungered Linskey into continuing to over stretch their economy until collapse.

He leans in closer.

AD: They're already making moves in Karelia and the Ukraine... When the time is right we'll pull the rug out from under them... but with due time, keep everything you heard a secret and hand off the package.

The American gives out a fake haughty laugh and pats the Frenchman on the shoulder, before walking off. Leaving the delegate in a whirlwind of confusion over the Americans goal.
