"Hey, Mars!"
"Yeah Mars, talk to us!!!"
"Phobos, Deimos can you please quiet down? I'm trying to think."
"Sorry" They respond in unison, both making their best attempt at an apology, though Deimos was almost laughing and Phobos was was glaring daggers at him.
"What did you two do?" Mars asks slowly,
"Oh, nothing I just w-"
"Shut up Deimos!" Phobos said embarrassed
Mars gave them a skeptical look as Deimos whispers, "I totally ship it" into Phobos's ear, he blushes.
"Deimos! Don't say that about Mars!" Phobos yells, as all eyes were back on him.
"What did you two say about me?"
"Like I said Mars" Deimos pauses, " absolutely nothing, he gives him a mischievous grin.
Mars stops caring again and just goes back to mindlessly staring at the Earth. His two moons frown and head off to the asteroid belt.
"Do you think we're out of earshot?" Phobos asks quietly
"I dunno, maybe" Deimos says loudly, " want me to check?" Phobos mouths 'no'
"MARS! CAN YOU HEAR US?!?" Deimos yells into space, he turns around to see the fallen face of Phobos.
"Sorry" He says sheepishly, Phobos looks even more on edge
"We need to do something about Mars!" Phobos screams out after a couple minutes
"Yeah, I guess Mars needs help. " Deimos agrees, albeit hesitantly.
"Who do you think can help him?"
" I have no clue, maybe Earth" Phobos looks at him like he's making a joke, he gives a hollow laugh
"This is serious Deimos! The inner planets are all falling apart! And the reason Mars has been so weird is because of Earth!" Deimos looks a little dumbfounded by the show of aggression and the forming tears on Phobos's face.
" I heard Mercury helped Earth and Luna with something. Maybe he can help Mars and Earth."
" Yeah, maybe." Phobos says softening up a little
"Or there's always the option of making Earth and Mars crash into each other!" Deimos offers happily, "We could get bigger!" he adds on
"Yeah, BIGGER!" Phobos responds a little more happy now that they were back to their old conversations. Phobos and Deimos start to head back towards Mars with more of a plan.
