lately, childe had been giving wanderer flowers and it would confuse the other male. childe didn't really care beside showing his affection.

"childe, just stop sending these flowers.. i swear one of these days my apartment is gonna be full of flowers." said wanderer with a sigh as he set aside a bouquet of flowers on the table.

"hey, is it wrong to show you my love?" childe replied with crossed arms. wanderer just shook his head and huffed. "fine, whatever.." he replied and rolled his eyes.

childe chuckled at the respond he received and kissed wanderer on the forehead. "well, love you too, bluberry." childe said. "never call me that." said wanderer with furrowed brows.

Childe laughed at Wanderer's immediate rebuke, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "Alright, alright," he conceded, holding up his hands in mock surrender. "No more 'blueberry'. How about 'my beloved' instead?"

Wanderer sighed, rubbing his temples as if warding off a headache. "Childe, sometimes I wonder if you're deliberately trying to test my patience."

"Only because I know you love it," Childe teased, wrapping an arm around Wanderer's shoulders. "And, you know, I just want to see you smile more often."

Wanderer felt a blush creeping up his cheeks but refused to give Childe the satisfaction of a direct answer. Instead, he focused on the bouquet of flowers on the table. "These are nice, though," he admitted quietly. "It's just... a lot."

Childe softened at Wanderer's rare moment of vulnerability. "I just want you to know that I'm thinking of you, even when I'm not here," he said gently. "But if it's too much, I'll dial it back. Just tell me what you prefer."

Wanderer glanced up at Childe, the sincerity in his eyes calming the irritation he felt. "Maybe just... less frequently," he suggested, his voice softer. "It's not that I don't appreciate them. I do. It's just overwhelming sometimes."

"Got it," Childe replied, giving Wanderer a reassuring smile. "I'll make sure to spread it out a bit more. And if there's anything else you'd like, just let me know."

Wanderer nodded, feeling a bit more at ease. "Thanks," he said, leaning into Childe's embrace. "I do appreciate it, you know. Even if I don't always show it."

"I know," Childe replied, holding Wanderer close. "And that's enough for me."

The two stood there for a moment, enjoying the quiet intimacy. The apartment, now filled with the soft fragrance of flowers, seemed warmer and more inviting.

After a while, Wanderer spoke again, his tone more relaxed. "So, what did you have planned for today? Any grand gestures or just a quiet day in?"

Childe grinned, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Well, I was thinking we could go out for a nice dinner, maybe take a walk around the city. But if you'd prefer to stay in, we could do that too."

Wanderer considered it for a moment before giving a small smile. "A walk sounds nice," he decided. "But let's keep it low-key."

"Low-key it is," Childe agreed, giving Wanderer a quick kiss on the cheek. "Anything for you."

As they prepared to head out, Wanderer couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment. Despite Childe's sometimes overwhelming displays of affection, he knew that the ginger's love was genuine and steadfast. And for Wanderer, that was more than enough.

they walk to a restaurant and ordered themselves foods. The restaurant was a cozy, warmly lit place with a welcoming atmosphere. The scent of delicious food wafted through the air, making Wanderer feel at ease.

They found a quiet corner to sit in, away from the main hustle and bustle, where they could enjoy their meal and each other's company.

As they looked over the menu, Childe glanced up at Wanderer with a playful smile. "Anything catch your eye?"

Wanderer studied the menu for a moment before responding, "The seafood pasta looks good. What about you?"

Childe nodded. "That does sound good. I think I'll go with the steak. We can share if you want to try both."

Wanderer smirked slightly. "Always thinking ahead, aren't you?"

Childe chuckled. "I try." He signaled for the waiter, and they placed their orders. As they waited for their food, they settled into a comfortable conversation.

"So, how has your stay in Snezhnaya been so far?" Childe asked, genuinely curious.

Wanderer shrugged. "Cold, mostly. But it has its charm. I've been getting used to the weather and exploring the city."

Childe leaned forward, resting his chin on his hand. "And how about living with me? Not too overwhelming, I hope."

Wanderer gave a small, genuine smile. "It's been... nice. Better than I expected."

Childe's eyes softened. "I'm glad to hear that. I've really enjoyed having you here. Makes the cold more bearable."

Wanderer looked out the window at the snow-covered streets, then back at Childe. "I never thought I'd get used to the cold. But you make it warmer."

Childe's heart swelled at Wanderer's words. He reached across the table and took Wanderer's hand in his, giving it a gentle squeeze. "You have no idea how much that means to me."

Their food arrived shortly after, and they enjoyed the meal, sharing bites and commenting on the flavors. The restaurant's ambiance, combined with their easy conversation, made for a pleasant evening.

After they finished eating, they decided to take a leisurely walk back to the apartment. The streets were quiet, the snow crunching under their feet. Childe wrapped an arm around Wanderer's shoulders, pulling him close to share warmth.

They walked in silence for a bit, the peacefulness of the snowy night enveloping them. As they reached the apartment, Childe looked down at Wanderer, his gaze filled with affection.

"Ready to head inside?" Childe asked.

Wanderer nodded. "Yeah, let's go."

Back in the warmth of the apartment, they settled onto the couch, a comfortable silence between them. Childe pulled Wanderer close, resting his head on top of Wanderer's.

"You know," Childe murmured, "every moment with you feels special. Even the quiet ones."

Wanderer closed his eyes, savoring the warmth and the feeling of being in Childe's arms. "I feel the same way."

As the night went on, they remained there, enjoying each other's company, knowing that no matter the distance or the challenges, they had found something truly special in each other.
