"hello?"
"hey jungwon-ah. we found the recording. i sent it to you"
"thanks jay"
he hung up the call and quickly opened the file on his computer. yunah was talking to someone. he zoomed in on the face and saw her mother. his fists clenched knowing that her own mother had blackmailed her. why is the whole fucking world against them?
~yunah pov~
my house was a mess. it had been 3 weeks now. i was trying to clean everything but i just couldn't bring myself to do it.
9pm - the clock read.
is jungwon okay? i'm sure he's mad at me. i hope he finds someone new.
my thoughts were disrupted when i heard someone barge through my door. i swiftly picked up a knife from my kitchen when i heard -
"find that bitch and bring her to me NOW"
shit. i quickly ran through a door and hid myself. in case anyone came through, i'd at least be able to use my knife.
it wasn't too long before three men barged through the door of the room.
he chuckled.
"well hello there sweetheart"
i was shaking in fear holding a knife pointed towards them. you can do it yunah. it's self defence, it's nothing more. it's self defence. you're not murdering him. it's okay.
before i say something, two of the men ran to me. i used the knife to slit one's throat but it didn't make that much of a difference. the other one hit the back of my head with his gun and dragged me to my front door.
"yunah, long time no see"
no fucking way. my own father stood before me holding a gun. tears fell out of my eyes as i realised this was my end. i'm sorry jungwon-ah.
"w-why are you doing this?"
"well, as much as i hate your mother, i'll always hate you more. and i'd love to see you suffer just like that. jiah and jungwon are going to get married, you broke the poor boys heart, he hates you. and now you're going to die, such a tragic death." he chuckled like a psycho.
i couldn't bring myself to say anything. i knew jungwon hated me but there's no way he'd agree to get married to jiah.
my dad held the gun before me and reloaded it. i guess my time had come. i love you jungwon.
