Umar Bin Al-Khattāb رضي الله عنه said while He was stabbed:
«لو أنّ لي طلاع الأرض ذهبا؛ لافتديت به من عذاب اللّه قبل أن أراه!».
*"If I possessed the entire Earth in gold, I would willingly spend it all in order to safeguard myself from Allah's punishment before facing His judgment."*

I sat down on in front of my boss my eyes monitoring his every move and I'm quite enjoying how he's getting uncomfortable with my gaze.

"Mrs Abdul Azeez Abdul Aleem don't you have nothing to do at the lab?" Abdul Azeez asked and I grinned.

"It's lunch break so I decided to visit my boss" I said and he looked at his wrist watch.

"Ohh I'm sorry. Let's go get something to eat" He said before standing up.

We walked to the cafeteria before taking my seat at a corner while he went to order.

"So how's work so far?" Abdul Azeez asked placing a plate of pasta with fries and chicken thighs in front of me.

"Good except that the girls at the lab are too clingy and friendly for my liking. They kept on raising their hands to any questions that I asked even when they don't know the answer." I said and he laughed shaking his head. His company has two laboratory. One which is for general research while the second one is used for training the interns and that is where I am. There's two other people who helped with the training. But the two are male.

"Hope no one tried to mock or disrespect you" He asked and I shook my head.

After lunch, he went back to his office while I head back to the lab.

"Ma'am please we have a question" Fatimah asked as I took my seat and I signal for her to go ahead and ask.

"Is it okay to prescribe antibiotics for a patient with acute pharyngitis?" She asked and I bite my lips before shaking my head.

"When bacteria or viruses get into the throat, they can cause an infection leading to pharyngitis or sore throat. As group A strep bacteria often cause pharyngitis, doctors and pharmacists prescribe antibiotics to kill the infection-causing bacteria. It is important that we analyse the cause of infection, as viruses can also cause pharyngitis. In such cases, antibiotics do not help and overuse might lead to other complicated issues like the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria strains. It is essential to determine the cause of infection before prescribing antibiotics." I replied and they all stared at me mouth agape.

"Is something wrong?" I asked and they all shook their head before getting back to work.

"I told you to let us ask but you went ahead in prescribing an antibiotic. Just know that if boss heard about it then you're fired" I heard one of the guy said to Fatimah and she groaned.

"I'll just call her now" Fatimah said before leaving the lab.

I got back to work and didn't leave the lab till Abdul Azeez came to call me.

"I don't have a best friend but I have a lot of friends"

"Why?" I asked playing with his beard.

"I grew up knowing I have a lot of enemies. I was born with my dad being into politics and I also joined him so I get enemies through that. Also I have enemies from the business world and lastly those that doesn't want me as the heir to the throne" He said and I nod. I was about to say something when my phone started ringing.
