*Ibn al-Qayyim [رحمه الله] said:*

*“And that is because Ghayrah (protective jealousy) is from the basis of this religion so whoever lacks it then he lacks Deen, hence to Allāh a Dayyooth is the most vile creature and Jannah is Ḥarām upon him.”*

"What if I'm adamant about it?" Aabid asked tilting his head to a side.

"That won't change my decision so just let it go"

It's been two weeks now yet Saniyah won't stop receiving messages and calls from Aabid and she had done nothing other than ignore them but she kept on thinking about him.

"Aunty dinner's ready" Adeola said breaking Saniyah's train of thoughts.

"I'll join you" Saniyah said and let out a huge sigh after Adeola left. Picking up her phone, she decided to speak to her sons. She dialed Sawdah's number hoping she hasn't gone to bed.

"As Salam Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu."

"Wa Alaykum Salam Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu Sawdah I'm really sorry for calling at this time please can I speak to the kids.

"No problem. Dhākir's cousins are all here so we are all still awake." Sawdah said before calling Talha and Zubayr. She handed them the phone and told them to go to their room.

"As Salam Alaykum Ummy" The twins greeted and Saniyah replied.

"Ummy you're not sounding okay. What's wrong?" Talha asked as Saniyah smiled.

"Someone had been disturbing your mum for the past two weeks. He wants to be your dad" She said and silence befall the twins.

"You never bother about any proposal no matter how much they disturb you but why now?" Talha asked and Saniyah sighed.

"I also don't know darling but I've been thinking a lot about it now."

"You told us that whenever we're disturbed about a particular thing we should also pray about it so I think you should pray about it. And if he's someone you like..."

"Ummy doesn't like him Zubayr but I think you should pray about it" Talha said and Zubayr nodded while Saniyah find herself smiling. The two will always prove to her that age is just a number because the way they think is more than the way a seven years old kid was supposed to think.

"Okay darlings. I'll pray about it tonight" Saniyah said before disconnecting the call.

And for the first time in seven years, Saniyah made istikharah about someone.

Saniyah's point of view

Everyone cheered as we all walked into the villa each of us wheeling our travelling bag. It's a family reunion which only happens once in a year. The whole family comes together for a charity program which will be starting in two days time and will lasted for a week. Due to our large population, the villa was never silent.

What if I take you through our family members. Starting from my paternal grandparents who had three children, my dad, uncle Ayaan and Aunt Leeanah. My dad had a foster sister, Aunt Christianah who had one son and two grandchildren. Now to my uncle Ayaan, he had a wife, four sons and three grandchildren already. His wife, Aunt Miskiyyah had seven siblings and each if them had children and grandchildren. Next is my dad, he had a wife, four daughters and four grandchildren. Moving to Aunt Leeanah, she's married with three adopted children and two grandchildren. Aunt Leeanah husband, Uncle M.M is my mum's foster sister. And the oldest of us all was Aunt Miskiyyah's mum, who was still strong and agile.
